This has actually been a good series and although not as good as the end of the main AvX series is definitely more consistent than it. I really was expecting this series to be a waste of money but it has been very interesting and is shaping the future of the Marvel Universe into what might happen in the Marvel NOW! series'. The main thing I think has helped this series is that unlike the main series it only has one writer as I felt AvX had too many big names working off each other. The art over this series has also been amazing and although like the main series it has different artist for different issues all the art is similar whilst being unique and they all work very well together making it still feel like the same series.

This issue sees Iron Man asking Cyclops for his cooperation in helping him understand the Phoenix Force by letting Iron Man take scans of him. Meanwhile Hope travels to find Namor where the two have heated conversation with both of them angering each other. Also this issue Storm finds Colossus and asks what happened to him whilst Magneto is putting together a group of villains.

This was a brilliant issue and it keeps me wanting to read more and more. I enjoyed that this issue had a lot more characters in it than the previous have and how we finally see Namor for the first time since the Phoenix Force left him. I also liked the verbal sparing between him and Hope and am interested to see what role he will play in the Marvel Universe from now on. Will he join the X-Men again? will he join the Avengers? Will he join Magneto and his group of villains? Or will it be something completely different? Whatever it is I hope it is handled well and am interested to what it will be. I was also interested to see all the different agendas in this issue as we see Iron Man trying to understand the Phoenix Force more and Magneto bringing together a new group. I also liked how we see Colossus' rage and built up frustration in this issue and with the way he is the now I think he will be a brilliant addition to Cable's X-Force. The question about Cyclops' future in the Marvel Universe has also had development as with Wolverine telling him not to become any worse than he was and to try to be the man he once was, this makes it look like he might get released and either rejoin the X-Men or the Uncanny Avengers or will he join Magneto's group and become a villain?

Final verdict. Another great issue and I am getting really excited to see how the series finishes next week. This issue has also began to explore the future for the rest of the Marvel Universe as well as expanding Cyclops' future and leaving so many open questions to be resolved next issue. I would highly recommend this issue as well as the series as it has given the whole AvX series a further purpose whilst setting up Marvel NOW! series'.

Overview: The Fall out of AvX starts to heat up as part 4 of the 5 part mini series hits the shelves! The Good: The Best thing is in a series that seemed determined to show a world of Avengers & X men who have turned on Cyclops and were so sure that he was the next coming of Satan, we finally see the tempers starting to settle and the dust clearing. Finally some people (even Wolverine) acknowledge that Scott isn't a bad man.On top of that we seem some more action from some big characters in A...

Opening Remarks: I liked this issue a lot better than I probably should’ve because I’m a huge Magneto fan. I fell in love love with him ever since watching the first episode of the 90’s X-Men cartoon show on a vhs I got as part of a Book It! deal that Pizza Hut had back then. He’s my favorite comic book character, hands down, so I was thrilled to see him having some stones in this issue as it seems he’s been sidelined/not written to his strengths as of late. Oh yeah, this series is much better t...
