A good start to what should be a great story
I was a little hesitant about picking up this issue because I had heard mixed things about it. But I am trying to get into reading Daredevil and Punisher, so I thought this crossover arc would be a great place to start. I'm glad that I did pick it up because its a very promising start to what should be a great crossover. The art is great and moves the story along at an exciting pace. The interactions between the characters are priceless and true to the classic characterizations. The book isn't without its flaws though. The story starts out a little cliché, the efforts of the writers to set up the present moment by moving back and forth between now and then are somewhat jarring, and it does rely too much on Spider-Man's internal dialogue, but otherwise its a good issue.
