    Here's the cover:
    I don't think Norman is Iron Patriot anymore, he's most certainly director of SHIELD.
    But i'm getting a Thunderbolts feel of the image. Somehow Iron Patriot reminds me of Zemo, and the Ms. Marvel lookalike could easily be Moonstone.
    Also it looks like Wolverine has boobs, and i don't think the other one is either Spider-Man (too muscly) or Venom (too skinny). The one in the back is probably not Hawkeye either.
    It almost looks like an alternate reality thing.

    Your absolutely right on the Thunderbolts feel! Wolverine definately looks femine in physique and w/boobs, That looks like a cross between iron man/Cap America, and Hawkeye and Venom pretty much look like hawkeye and Venom (minus a kilo or two, i'd sum that up to the artist, but could be more to it) and very much possibly moonstone, in a Cap Marvel-esque costume? Hmmm, wonder what Phyla would have to say about this?

    Well this is the cover of the comic so it's possible that the people shown in on the cover are nowhere near a showing of who is actually on the team.

    I have mixed feelings bout this? Till I know more bout the premise, it's hard to feel that their not cashing in on the avengers name with this asortment of (Dark) Avengers, if that makes sense?

    Yeah, that's what I was thinking after looking at that picture again, so unless they give her some kinda upgrade or some alternate version? Won't really know till we have that first issue in our hands!

    because it's not Wolverine..he's confirmed as a New Avenger same with Clint..there may be no one like Wolverine even on the team..Marvel covers almost always depict something different than what's inside to keep you guessing.

    I really don't think so. Deodato draws Wolverine shorter, much more muscular, and always with stubble and arm hair.

    Well we know Hawkeye and Wolverine are confirmed New Avengers so they are out

    The Hawkeye in the picture can't be Kate Bishop because it's a man
    Taskmaster is the only person with Hawkeye's marksmanship and the bow and trick arrows to match.So maybe it's him.
    Maybe it could also be Black Crow..he's a member of the Initiative who uses a bow...
    Also Crusader who wears purple uses alot of other characters weapons and accessories and Fury thinks highly of him..maybe it's him.Swordsman or Baron Zemo could also be valid choices.
    The girl in Ms.Marvel's costume looks more like Moonstone than Ultra Girl because Ultra Girl cut her hair to look more like Classic Ms.Marvel...but then where is Ms.Marvel? She's not confirmed to be a Mighty or New Avenger....
    Is Norman Osborn the new Director of SHIELD? That makes absolutely no sense seeing as how....He's an ex-villan who has to take medication to stay stable,War Machine I guess is the current Director because he took over Iron Man's Director comic,and Maria Hill who is still alive was Tony's second in command..oh and let's not forget Fury is back.
    The Iron Patriot...is most likely someone who has a America driven persona...most likely in my mind Citizen V (John Watkins III),It could also maybe be Mach IV...if anyone recalls he was once a Thunderbolt and he already knows how to use Stark's tech because he stole some of it..Iron Man ended up owning him.
    The Wolverine character..could be Nighthawk...his costume is similar to Wolverine's and he had claws too
    Lastly as far as Venom is concerned..we know he just owned Anti-Venom and went from Scorpion back to Venom..so I think it's still Gargan..if not It's possibly someone we don't expect.

    All 3 of those guys are confirmed New Avengers.The writer said this team would have some relation to the Evil Illuminati so it is obvious that it has to be someone evil or slightly misguided.Also you can clearly see that isn't Logan..his build does vary with artist but he has never been that skinny or that tall,I don't see any reason Clint would be Hawkeye after he retired the name to Kate and Gargan went through alot to be Venom again even though I doubt that's him.If all other theories fail..I know for a fact they are all New Avengers so that couldn't be them anyway unless it's them from a different universe or clones.

    Lastly as far as Venom is concerned..we know he just owned Anti-Venom and went from Scorpion back to Venom..so I think it's still Gargan..if not It's possibly someone we don't expect.
