In my opinion, this is how my favorite list would go.

Thor>Sentry>Hercules>Wonder Man>Namor>Gilgamesh>Hyperion>Rulk>Thing>Hulk.

Ben Grim and Herc are my two favorites, as they both have the right attitude to be Avengers Elite......Thing has a true "never quit, never say die" attitude and will face anyone down, even if he is out-classed (like Captain America), while Hercules has epitomized the heroic ideal & attitude for over 3000 years, always defends and protects the weak & innocent, and finally he lives life to the fullest!

Nice assessment. It's true that it's easy to overlook either of these guys when they're next to Thor or the Hulk, but they really are two of Marvel's greatest characters, and easily just as interesting as any classic Avengers.

@powerherc: I like greek and norse mythology and these super heroes are based on those two myths, so that us why these two are my favorite.

For me Hulk > Thing > Namor > Hercules > Sentry > Thor > Wonder Man > Everyone else.

My order:

Thing > Herc > Rulk > Wonder Man > Hulk > Thor > Namor

I really wish that Herc was fully re-powered and available for the current Avenger's roster. I like him better than Hulk, IMHO.

@theacidskull: I never really cared for the Hulk and all the multiple personalities and stuff. A military general and strategist with the powers of the Hulk on the other hand...

My list is...

1. Thor - Is one of my favorites
2. Hercules - I really liked him in Stern's TPBs
3. Thing - As another poster said, and to which I agree, his "never give up, never say die" attitude is quite inspiring
4. Hulk - I really only liked him starting from Avengers and Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes
5. Wonder Man - Not a fan of this "pacifist" kick he's on (I have nothing against pacifists IRL, but for a super hero it's kind of pointless)
6. Rulk - Never liked him as a character, personally.
7. Namor - He's always been a bit of a douche, IMO.
8. Gilgamesh - I know absolutely nothing about him.

Hercules was my favourite, but he's MIA (i know he's over in the ultimates series now). Currently, it's a tie between thor and hyperion. Hickman's avengers has made it seem like they see each other as equals, and i really like the relationship they have with one another (see avengers 12 or 13 for reasons why)

Of all time avengers...it would be between Thor and Sentry.
