Nope. Although I'm sure Cap and Ironman make the most money.

they get extra sway in decisions concerning the team i think, but generally, Cap makes all the big decisions with Iron Man and Thor as pretty much 'second-in-commands'.

@Acestar101: Yeah but more recently in the past few years I'd say Hawkeye and Captain Marvel have moved up to being right below Cap and Ironman apposes to any of the other founders.

I think Cap and Iron man are in charge. Hawkeye yes, a little more responsibility.

Captain Marvel. Pym doesn't really have a lot of cred with most Avengers, I think.

I don't think he's on any Avengers teams at the moment, so I'd say Captain Marvel has more of a say.

Most of the key members aren't founders, excluding Iron Man and Thor of course.

The founders do have a bit more say in things when the entire team bands together.

A good example of this is the "Morgan Quest" story-arc.

First they make the decision in private . . .

Then they tell the rest of the Avengers what the deal is.
