Recommendations for Guardians of the Galaxy

If you had to recommend to someone a good starting point for "Guardians of the Galaxy" (especially before seeing the film), what would it be? Where could I purchase it? (i.e. Amazon, ComicVine)

Best bet would be start at Annihilation and go from there. Annihilation is what brought the Marvel Cosmic universe back. You can pick up the trades for Annihilation and then Guardians of the Galaxy on Amazon, for a decent price as well.
