Shroud kinda maybe is considered an Avenger by some...

He hung around the Avengers for a period during Stern's run which led to him being offered a founding spot on Avengers West but turned em down.............but he still was with them for the entirety of their first mini. Then it was revealed later in the ongoing series that he'd sort been helping them on and off from the shadows since........and he and Hawkeye would met up in privacy to discuss avengers stuff

normally that wouldn't mean much, but it seems a few folks at Marvel must consider him such:

It's hard because there's multiple incarnations of the Avengers. Personally, they should scrap the New Avengers idea and just have the regular Avengers and the Secret team.

Keep Cap, Iron Man, Thor - as I feel like they're the big three. Lose Spiderman, Wolverine and Ms. Marvel - they all deserve/have their own books.

Polaris gets me vote.

Avengers should go for the hat trick and have all of Magneto's offspring inducted.

Who would they need? They need a telepath.

Moondragon is dead.

Cable is a option.

Emma Frost? I don't see that happening.

Psylocke? Could be very cool. She has a good relationship with Logan.

Xavier? No. He is to Old.

Rachel is also an option. She might be a little bit to Phoenixy.

I think old Avengers should be re-introduced instead of adding more to the list. Alot of cool characters have been all but forgotten throughout Avengers history.

Thundra and Kismet should both get a shot at Avengers membership.

Moondragon isn't dead, she's a part of Marvel Cosmic with the Guardians of the Galaxy. So yeah I guess you're right as of now she is dead. :)
