so they are funded by iron man and everyone knows stark is ironman. why has no super villin i've known about played with knowing his secret and him not knowing theirs

There is very little they can do. Most of Iron Man's close friends are protected or capable of protecting themselves and he has the Avengers ready whenever he needs them.

Because between his most close friends are a Super-Soldier,a guy who turns into a Green Rage Monster and a Thunder God,the only one's would be Pepper and Jarvis,but they are too afraid to touch any of them and have the Avengers kill them(some will not,but Stark and Thor have no qualms about killing.)
