Just my thoughts on the Marvel mini series and how it will impact AvX.

The best story that has some connection with the Avengers these days.

The most pointless/crappiest story-arc in terms of mutant relations ever.

Loved the beginning but it really fizzled in the last issue or two for me.

I really enjoyed the Children's Crusade story arc. I think it's nice to read a self contained story for once, to not need to read four different titles to understand one story arc. I'm really sick of these big event story arcs, plus because it was so self contained it was easily collected into a hardcover. Yes it wasn't an earth shattering arc (although it brought back Scarlet Witch) but it was filled with a lot of good character moments.

It did what it was meant to do, bring back Wanda break up the Young Avengers and create a rift between the X-Men and Avengers. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great.
