    Good choices. I was trying to think of enemies that weren't predominantly arch-nemeses of a particular character (e.g., Red Skull, Loki) and Ultron might even count there, but still I think yours is a good list. Of those three I'd forward Kang as the primary "Avengers arch-nemesis."

    @Gambit1024: True Shadowland was disappointing, but when  a writer turns a long, long time fan off his favorite book, that's bad. 
     
    And to not take this to far off topic, I think Kang, Ultron, and the Masters of Evil (they count?) are the Avengers top.
