Yeah, I thought he would have been because of Psylocke being his twin!

They are fraternal twins. They are no more alike then any other brother and sister, brother and brother, or sister and sister born at separate times. Bobby (Iceman) has a brother that doesn't have any mutant abilities

One could make a pedantic argument for them being more similar to each other and thus more likely to both be mutants, but I'm not going to bother, ha.
