Stark Tower, but the Avengers pay rent.
The Stark Tower is a hub for most of Iron Man company's scientific and entrepreneurial endeavors. However, as an act of philanthropy Stark let the Avengers use the top floors, and is outfitted with all of the latest gadgets.
After the tower's destruction during World War Hulk, Tony rebuilt it using SHIELD funds. Since Tony has been removed from power and SHIELD has been replaced with Norman Osborn's HAMMER, Osborn has taken the tower, known as Avengers Tower, as his own. The Dark Avengers are now using it as their headquarters.
