It's got it's good and bad points... 0

I've been really back and forth on this series. The characters, at least those of the students, feel really inconsistent from issue to issue, except Striker(who's main personality trait is "all douche, all the time") and Finesse. That said, this book was really interesting in parts. Issue #12 of Avengers Academy.   The Story: The AA are all grown up,beat the living crap of Korvac and when they change back only Humberto stays all grown up.   The Good: Seeing the students all grown up is always an interesting idea since we can see how each of them might be in the future.Humberto has perfect control of his magical crystal,Jeanne has learned different moves from fighting different people just like her possible daddy Taskmaster,Jennifer can produce Anti-Matter,Brandon got a must...

I also found it sort of amusing that all they did was add a mustache on Striker to make him look li...

    Against Cosmic Powers 0

It´s the conclusion of the "Korvac Saga" and the members of the Academy now have the powers and years of their future selves, thanks to the magic of Carina Walters (the angry ex-wife of Korvac), but is it going to prove be enoug to defeat Korvac, even with all their powers boosted and combined? Or are the students´fear remain to be the factor of unbalance here? I don´t thing Gage nailed the dialogues here like in the previous issues, but the team work and the power display in this issue was wort...
