    I just found out that the star know as "North star" is also called "Polaris". It would have made much more sense if she was able to use that as her name cause i always thought Aurora was weird. Thanks alot Polaris.

    Aurora probably comes from the Aurora Borealis, or Northern Lights.

    Aurora is better than Polaris, it's a lot more femanine and beautiful.
    it also references to her light powers more, Polaris suits Polaris because of the poles on a magnet. (:
