A deranged actor who battled the Werewolf by Night.
Steve Rand, the `most handsome actor in Hollywood` is horrifically disfigured when attempting a stunt in his latest movie.Turning insane,he sets out on a killing spree weilding a mean jawbone-of-an ass,Samson style. Shot dead by Buck Cowan outside Grauman`s Chinese Theatre, L.A.
