Asuma is the son of the Third Hokage and the uncle of Konohamaru. He became the Jonin leader of the lazy Team 10 and motivated them. He was at one time one of the guardian shinobi twelve of the land of fire. He was friends with one of the twelve, a ninja monk called Chiriku.
