He seems to be a setup character, just like Lex Luthor. Too bad, I was actually hoping for a zoner, since I prefer that playstyle over the others. I'll skip Zod and wait for Red Hood, who will hopefully make it in and be a zoner.

They should release the Classic skin for Zod (without the armor), and a Man of Steel skin for Zod (with the armor). Or maybe after the first health bar depletes the armor falls off.

I absolutely love the gameplay of Zod though. Might buy him.

@kid_apollo: I haven't tried to main Cyborg yet, he has an interesting move set though.

I really like Lex Luthor, he has great set up, like the electric land mines, those floating orbs, and his force field. His force field is useless against zoners though. I really wish they would have added a machine gun on his back lol that would make him top tier for sure!

@ccraft: i started off using cyborg, i like that hes a brawler type but has some cannon attacks. after beating the campaign ive stuck with Lex for a long time. his battle axe is devastating

It's kinda sad that I'm more excited about the MoS skin than I am about the new character. Don't get me wrong, Zod does look pretty good for the most part but his intro's pretty corny (c'mon man, it should've been him escaping from the Phantom Zone) and his design flat-out sucks.

Lobo; is pretty cool, but slow. He's kinda a defensive player and his chain is great for that. Tbh I played as him for a week once he became available, I haven't tried him since then. Kinda want to try him again, but atm I'm trying to get good with Lex Luthor and Wonder Woman.

Batgirl; is good against spammers, kinda fun. Annoying online, but beatable.

Scorpion; Once he came out I made him my main for a few weeks, really fun to use, but really hard online when you fight Scorpion vs Scorpion, the color difference isn't much. Teleport is very punishable. But his combos aren't as high as most.

Zod; looks like a beast, can't wait to try him out.

I'd recommend getting all characters.

What characters have you main'ed so far? I personally use Joker, Scorpion, and Lex.

I really hope they do, but considering that the skin is $.99 (PSN) I doubt they will. If it was $5 I could see them using his voice.

They need to get Henry Cavill and Michael Shannon to voice Superman and Zod in their Man of Steel skins. They did get Stephen Amell for the Arrow skin.

I liked the new movie. I think the idea is good. But we should get ONE Man Of Steel skin, and for no damn reason we should get Terrence's General Zod. I know it's never gonna happen, but let me be a fanboy.

so i picked up this game, play through it for a few weeks and really liked it, which is saying alot cause i dont usually do fighting games. but this batch of dlc characters doesnt get my engine revving at all. i dont have the Lobo-lust that most ppl seem to have, couldnt care less about Bat-girl, dont want to play as Scorpion, and Zod doesnt really interest me. heres hoping the next 4 characters get me going
