Young Justice "Depth" Videos and Images

I don't see why Artemis is needed for said mission. Maybe they just want someone with a ranged attack? I suppose no one else has that besides Miss Martian and Blue Beetle.

I don't see her fighting Aqualad, he is most likely to be under water dealing with Lagoon Boy and Superboy. I see no reason why anyone would send Artemis to fight Aqualad Under Water when you have Lagoon Boy, Miss Martian and Superboy.

I hope no one dies in this one...

This looks like this is going to be another great episode. Too bad Lagoon Boy is there. He does my head in.

Young Justice is more for young adults /Teenagers than for kids. It's a lot darker than some other hero shows and it plays on some heavy themes. A death is definitely a subject they could deal with in the show

Be careful what you pass on. I've heard reliable sources say they know entire plotlines for this season... It's ok to speculate but spreading popular rumors like this is reason for trouble. B4 I even went and saw the Avengers all I heard about was information leaked through word of mouth, and found candid images of the set/characters online EVERYWHERE. I realize there's a possibility she dies but going around posting info like that doesn't make my viewing experience any more enjoyable nor does it make you look any cooler. Just saying.

I suddenly thought of another scenario that terrifies me. So Wally, who is watching the launch on tv sees that something is wrong. He dons his uniform and speeds off to help and he gets there just as Aqualad is going to kill Artemis. But he intervenes and ends up dying instead. It would be a twist on the "What could go wrong?" statement. Usually it is assumed that the person saying it would be the one who ends up in trouble. This could be a twist to it. I know its unlikely to happen but I wouldn't put it out of the range of possibility considering Wally seemed pretty paranoid in the first clip. On the other hand, at least it would be a heroic way to go.

@Deep_Six I think its because she probably got the best character development out of all the main characters in season 1. The fact that she's a hero coming out of a family full of villains makes her someone you would root for. Plus her verbal sparring with Wally was always fun.

Wally being the one to bite the dust also coincidentally makes more sense coupled with the Aqualad is a spy and only Bat and Nightwing know about it.

I mean what if they really do need a marksman for the mission they choose Artemis, and knowing that she and KF are together what if Nightwing saw this as an opportunity to make an elaborate scheme. Use Artemis for the mission, and have Wally and Kaldur enact the endgame of the plan (Kal "killing" Wally). I know it's overthinking the situation but I've got nothing better to do.

Worst case scenario: Artemis dies, Wally blames the JL and YJ and becomes Zoom.

Won't happen, because they've already done this plot with Aqualad. Tula died, Aqualad blamed the JL and YJ and became Black Manta II. (But I still think Aqualad is undercover)

Welp, Artemis is going to die. I see no other reason they would put such obvious foreshadowing in there. This saddens me. Greatly.

Also, Wally may not turn evil, but this will probably deteriorate his friendship with Nightwing.

If they kill Artemis I will give the episode 1/5...and writers of the show consider this a PROMISE...

The whole Artemis dying thing could also be one huge red herring. It wouldn't make much sense to kill her off at this point. Something tragic does have to happen to someone, though. It would disappoint most viewers if all that build-up was for nothing.

Hoping it's a fakeout and Kal just kills Lagoon Boy.

And boy... MM really isn't a good picker when it comes to boyfriends. They're both "ok, end that scene so I can get to see other characters doing better than you" But the fact that Lagoon Boy hates Supey back is nice. It shows he's not... well, blind. And as Connor isn't as angry now, he may reactto it in a more mature way than fighting back. At least I hope so.

Then again, I'm a little tired of MM and SB thing (including the special participation of Lagoon Boy in it) I wanna see sth new. (apart from Wally and Artemis, what they have is old but gold; and they're minor characters now)

Yeah, but it's like when you see Wolverine being an asshole to someone, you go "ha, that's classic Wolvie, right there!" But when Cyclops does it, he comes off as, well, an asshole. The same actions can come off as endearing from certain characters and annoying from others.

Man it makes me so sad they killed off Artemis so soon in the new 52 :(

Because Lagoon Boy is just a poorly writtern and developed character. Robin, Kid Flash and Wonder Girl actually get to do cool things outside of disobeying orders and actually have had good episodes about them. Lagoon Boy's entire time on the show has had him do nothing but whine and complain, act obnoxious to his teammates, and disobey orders. There's just not much to like (s far).

I'm more interested in the fact that a satellite is being sent to Mars. You know that's going to be brought up again in the future.

I bet she'll almost die. Wally won't like it at all (maybe he'll have an argument with Nightwing, letting things a little odd between them) and after a few blablablas, he and Artemis will retire "forever". Or she'll be comatose for a while, I don't know.

I usually don't like guessing, I'm just making an exception because it's Artemis. (and now that they killed her in the New 52, YJ is my last opportunity to see her)

Should Artemis be hurt and Aqualad be the one responsible, I want to see Wally stop being a total incompetent who gets owned by normal humans and beat the living hell out of Kaldur.

@ the guy who mentioned Aquagirl dying? I thought Mireena from Batman Beyond(or guessing that's a futuristic version?) was aquagirl, different from Aqualad's gf.

Anywho, pretty much all DC cartoons way way better then Marvel ones as far as I'm concerned. Can't wait for this!

@SmoothJammin: Well I certainly wasn't trying to come across as cool or anything remotely close to that. I was simply stating the information that I read on one of the comic book sites, as in regard to the topic at hand. I did not say that it was factual information, just a "here's what I think may happen as well as what another site thinks". You on the other hand seem to be trying to impress others by coming across as condescending and lets just be honest... a straight a**hole. I didn't post any spoilers or any big revealing secrets about the episode, just my opinion and what I saw on another site, which you could probably go find for yourself. So I would really appreciate if you would get off of my case, so that I can enjoy "my viewing experience", as I do have the right to post things, since I do have an account. :) Peace and Blessings

@Vaeternus: ya those aqua-girls are two different ones. the DCAU you know the new adventures of batman, adventures of superman, batman beyond, justice league, justice league unlimited shows, that aquagirl is the the future one who i think is aquaman's daughter and this series as a whole is unrelated to the other series'.

i hope we get to see nightwing in action!
