of course, as soon as Marvel realized that they had an underrated character in their possession, they all lined up and shat on him immediately. Thats Wonderman and Atlas: two new victims of the House of ideas.
 seriously, not a single Marvel hero from my youth has been safe from their SHOCK writing.  X-man is the last one.... Im sure he's right around the corner though. I bit my lip real hard when they remembered he existed and wrote him into Dark X-men...

Why is Wonder Man attacking the "New" Avengers? This plot line was introduced in The Avengers & ran as a thread through the first couple of story arcs in that title. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see this subplot finally bearing fruit, it just seems strange that it jumped titles. Legitimate or not, Wonder Man's beef is with Rogers & Stark. He's got no cause to attack Luke Cage. He might just as well have gone after the X-Men, or The Fantastic Four, if he's really anti-super organizations. I notice he's pretty much fronting a big team of muscle boys. You'd think that after all those years in the Avengers, he'd understand the value of  a wide range of power & skill sets within any given organization. Also, what grievances are these guys looking to get a little payback on? Goliath & Atlas are really the only two with any kind of saw to grind.

wonder man was an interesting villian on avengers earth's mightiest heroes. this should be an interesting story arc for me.

thats actually pretty badass.  but seriously Bendis loves turning beloved characters insane and/or evil  its just a tiny bit old.

I think Wonderman's just jealous he didn't get invited to this new team of Avengers so he decided to throw a tantrum and make his own 'Avengers'

This is proof point that the Revengers are bat$3!! crazy. What are they thinking? They are so dumb. They deserve what the pounding they are going to get.  Did they really think they could win with Squirrel Girl at the mansion?

the only ones that make sense are wonder man and those guys ethan edwards (awesome hero-name!) and devil slayer but that's only because i've never heard of them.

Wow! I haven't seen Century since the Iron Man cartoon in the 90's. I don't what else to say about the others. It looks interesting to read.

I knew this was going to happen. How could you guys not see this coming? Wonder Man started off as a villain. And recently told the Avengers over and over again that they were the reason everything is messed up.  He was one of my favorite characters when all he could do was jump really high and was about Luke Cage strength. And now that think about it, I had Wonder Man's first issue, and in it he fought Goliath, who goes by the name 'Atlas' now. Beat him bad too. I loved that issue and that characterization of Simon. When I saw he got a power boost, I just kind of lost interest (and I really hate him in that lame jacket and shades. It's just so...uuugh...).  
   I thought Century was dead too. The last I heard of him, he died in that first issue of 'Force Works.' He might be a little peeved at Tony as well.  
   Goliath. What happened to 'Damage Control'? I guess seeing the Avengers move on from the death of Bill Foster like it was nothing hurt Tom, so he's out for revenge.  
    That, I can understand. It would have been really cool if Josiah X or Blue Marvel were there and very ticked off.

As a follower of Reed's Ms. Marvel, I can't imagine Wonder Man attacking Carol Danvers. The guy's practically in love with her.

Let's see... Beast and Wonder Man were friends that played poker with Nick Fury and Ben Grimm... and, wasn't Atlas the original "Power Man" created just like Wondy was? I noticed that Wonder man was still a bad guy in the new Avengers cartoons, even though he "Died" in the 60's turning against the other bad guys. His original costume was not THAT bad! As much as Simon owes the Avengers for his LIFE... this makes no sense at all!!! The Thing and he are friends and he would never hang out with anything like "Anti-Venom"!!!
