Wolverine: Origins #16 Sells Out, whodathunk?

Wow.  Wolverine Origins actually sold out?  I think I've said it before that it's been my least favorite series, yet I kept buying it.  Issue #16 wasn't too bad.  It basically retold the Chris Claremont/Jim Lee story.  Yeah it added some.  It was interesting that Wolverine was possibly going to kill Steve if things didn't go a certain way.

Marvel is pleased to announce that Wolverine: Origins #16, the first chapter of the brand new “Our War” storyline, has sold out at Diamond (though copies may be available at the retail level). Featuring an untold tale of Captain America and Wolverine’s past, along with a shocking revelation about the true nature of their meeting, this tale by writer Daniel Way and artist Steve Dillon provides readers with a unique glimpse into Wolverine’s psyche!

“It was great fun to read,” exclaimed Mike Malve of Atomic Comics. “[Way] has been doing such a great job with this book.”

Now that Logan can remember all his past, what will he learn about his times with Captain America? What happened between Cap, Bucky and Wolverine that will come back to haunt the Canadian Canucklehead? The answers come in Wolverine: Origins #17 and you won’t want to miss it!

And now you can pick up the Wolverine Origins #16 McGuinness Poster, featuring the fan favorite’s variant cover to the sold out issue!

Please note that there are currently no plans to go back to press on Wolverine: Origins #16.
