Who Or What Is Ultimate X? Shadow Reveal 1

the idea that jean and the other mutants went underground is a pretty cool one, im thinkin that Jean goes off by herself and makes a brand new team because the other x men are scared or just want to remain hidden...either way the new team of ultimate x men i think that would work the best would prolly be: 
Jean Grey (leader) 
Wolverine Clone / Imposter / SUCCESSOR??
Firestar  
Storm 
Kitty (get the fuck back to x men skank, wtf?) 
Rogue 
Iceman (u too bitch, get off kitty's intangible dick)
Collosuss 
Northstar (wow...just to kill him off again)
 
the other shadow x's are prolly Firestar and Ultimate Mimic, my guesses...also why not just have the remaining Alpha Flights join the team? i mean sunfire, jubilee, aurora and rahne sinclair are / were xmen at some point, why not? thats what this universe and line of books in general was for anyway

The winged character's leg doesn't look right... i think there are three more characters to be revealed.

Okay, maybe not.  But the angle of his left leg seems really off in that silhouette.  I thought maybe he could be holding someone else at first.

In fairness to the wiki article, his claws don't look as shiny as Wolverine's. In fact the colouring is rather bonelike.

I rarely read Marvel, let alone the Ultimate comics but this looks intriguing to say the least.

i don't think marvel would make up a whole new bunch of characters. that's not what the  ultimate universe is about

pale white skin, black hair, seems to be around and have powers about death, never been introduced before. my best bet that its ultimate Selene.

The one possibility that I haven't really heard yet is that these are all brand new characters. Mutants lend it self for something like that and introducing brand new mutants into the Ultimate books might be interesting. There are no baggages with the 616. Loeb I think could use this as a way to tell a new story, create characters and not have to worry about various things including the old X-Men. I think thats what it will be, just brand new characters, mutants, dealing in this new Ultimate world.

I think he put that together. The healing factor bit was something that Ultimate Wolverine did in Ultimate Wolverine Vs. Hulk. "

When Scott was shot Kitty screamed at Bobby "You can't leave me... Not like everybody else does"  Maybe it is Kitty, just a traumatized Kitty... Which is why she's focusing on Scott "

my best guess is that its ultimate Selene. in a different picture it shows all these dead bodies around the girl with the black her and Selene's powers are about death and they kinda have the same look. For the fire person it most likely is Firestar since shes still alive. there's three more shadows, the fire person the cloaked wing person and some figure with a tail if u look closely. for all we know ultimate x could be this team since they say who or what is ultimate x. Maybe havok comes back!!!

ok this may seem like a dumb question. but lets say Uatu or one of the other cosmic enititys seen what happend on earth and decided to try and help. and thus was able to reasimble wolverine with a small strand of dna. but sense it was only a small bit was only able to generate him as a teenager. and thus this is wolverine on the cover. the newest girl i would want to bealive is either jeans lost sister or a daughter of jean and cyclops. that was never reveiled do to some reasoning of profesor x. mabe she wasnt reveiled becouse she was too dangerous. and now that everyone els is gone she now is free.. mabe im way off base but. u never know what kinda plot twists there could be. exp after such an event as the one this follows. this would make sense in the fact that wolverine has lived through soo much and we have seen allot of hiim as an older man. but never seen him through his teens. 

This book is looking more interesting, I like Loeb's writing, and will pick up this first issue if I get a chance.

The blonde guys wolverine after he EVENTUALLY pulls himself back together from a random strand of DNA on Wolvie arm buried in the mass grave?  I dont think the adamantium liquification shoulda been enough to put him down permanently but thats just me.. As for the rest the only thing I think that looks like from here is Phoenix...Dark Phoenix.. maybe Jean traumatised (christ..understandably wouldnt u think? I know I sure am!!!) after the recent harrowing events succumbs to the Phoenix force.. 
 
Thats all I can offer but whoever they are if its NOT wolverine I think its a LITTLE bit too early to come with some lame wolvie knockoff  soeother way ill keep my ears open but im REALLY not interested until someone runs up to me laughiin & cryin tears of joy &tells me  this was all a big dream & it dint happen or Cable or somebody  "deus ex-time machinas" the shit outa this WHOLE entire Ultimatum storyline.
