maybe it's just me but I can barely hear the voices in this player or the one on IGN...the music is super loud but the voices seem like they're turned down

yep voices are far more quiet then the music. I think it will be an interesting movie, but i'm not a fan of the darkseid voice. No Aquaman is making me sorta sad too.

WonderWomans voice is weird, but I love her costume. I wonder how Shazam will fit into the story?

You fail to take out Aquaman out of the this movie but lucky I like Shazam.

This looks pretty good to me. I'm still not really fond of the anime inspired art but I like this art more than the Flashpoint art (but this didn't stop me from enjoying Flashpoint).

The voices aren't really audible in this clip. And I'm sorry but I don't like Blum as Darkseid. His voice is not how Darkseid should sound like at all. He hasn't got the gravitas or menace that past Darkseid voice actors have. And again, absolutely not a fan of one of the most mediocre origin stories ever written being turned into an animated film. Tart it up however much you like but the inherent flaws are still there. Such a shame this has an animated film whilst any JLA storyline from Morrison's run doesn't.

get used to it...they've said that all of their adaptions will be based off of the New 52 from now on....so we're going to get nothing but mediocre adaptions from here on

Wow. I love that they've taken scenes from the source material. And that they've added in Shazam!!!!

The lack of an Aquaman does piss me off quite a bit. And people wonder why he doesn't get any respect. Maybe if DC pushed him a bit more outside of his comic, he would.

I'll watch it just to see New 52 Superman animated.
Replacing Aquaman with Shazam is a mistake and a stupid one.
Wonder Woman's costume looks weird. Something is off with it. Too much blue maybe.

Even though I loved the comics, there seems to be something wrong with this. I don't know if it's the music overpowering the dialogue, the lack of Aquaman, but somehow this isn't really working for me. Oh well, I'm just going to have to give it another shot.

I actually liked the first arc of Justice League in the New 52, so I'll be buying this. Not a fan of Diana's redesigned costume, but I can deal with it.

The original storyline/plot/whatever in the books was really terrible. Hopefully by changing Aquaman, they've also considerably adjusted the characterization of the heroes and offer better explanations of events.

Big badass Darkseid got a straight up weak voice.Need a James Earl Jones, Michael Clark Duncan type voice.

Sorry if I sound negative but I hate the costumes and I hate that they keep neglecting Aquaman

Characters look oddly proportioned, symbols seem too small, Wonder Woman's voice from what I heard of in a clip involving ice cream was way too over the top. Batman can take on parademons fairly easily, Darkseid trying to take over Earth just cause. At least the faces are great, and some voices are fairly good like Flash, Batman, Superman, and Green Lantern. I'm also not too peeved about Aquaman not appearing in it, though really they need to promote him more or else people outside of comics will continue believing him to be a terrible character with subpar powers when he is anything but that. And Superman's costume has just a bit way too much blue on it. Also Shazam looks just plain odd. That's pretty much all the complaints I have about it, hope it's good though!

@danhimself: They've listed adaptation of Batman and Son and an Arkham Animated feature as the next two DCU animatged films. They're not New 52 based in any way.

Overall it looks solid I like the new soft animation and color pallet they've been using since Justice League: Doom. Hopefully Jay Oliva is able to tell the right emotional story as well like he did in Flashpoint Paradox. These films have to do a lot with a little and sometimes that means you can get crap like Public Eneimes. But it's also how you get Wonder Woman, The Dark Knight Returns, Emerald Knights, and Flashpoint Paradox

Bummed to see that Andre Braugher isn't voiceing Darkseid that sounded like Steve Blum but yea the audio wasn't that well mixed it appears.

So Darkseid has more lines than just I'M DARKSEID and Batman actually does something in the movie, well its definitely going to be better than the book, also final fight seems better than the super underwhelming fight in the book.

I hadn't heard about Batman and Son but the Arkham movie isn't an adaption....they did say at Comic Con last year that going forward all of their animated adaptions would be based on the New 52....maybe they're going further with more Morrison Batman stuff and they couldn't figure out a way to do it without doing Batman and Son first...I mean if they're going to make films with Damian then they have to introduce him since if there are non comic book readers buying these films then they'll have no idea who Damian is if they just start with something like R.I.P. or whatever

I like the fact that the entire league will be having a final battle with Darkseid. Kinda wish Batman and Superman had helped i the comic.
