wow im very impressed by the moves list shown in these videos, i hadnt watched one since the first round of fights but these looked great. i like the Arkham residents beating on players and the Scarecrow part was sweet. i wraelly hope they do the alternate skins/costumes well for this game, id rather play as Simon Baz or John Stewart then Hal Jordan, but thats just me

Batman looks like he has amazing mix up potential with that glide of his acting like a double jump guess the rumors of him be a good character were true I found my new main and the Flash looks like an amazing rush down character.

Still think Batman would've lost to The Flash but whatever. I'm voting for Superman to win the whole thing.

Not surprising, I called it from day one. Maybe they should've done the battle arena without these guys.

When will people stop saying "he cant beat him! His power level is way higher than him!" Its a video game people, and a fighting game nonetheless. How can a tiny asian schoolgirl beat a hybrid human demon in Tekken? or how can Taskmaster fight Hulk in Marvel V Capcom? It doesnt matter, its all for fun.

That said, I love video games but only buy games new that I really really want or series I know I will love like Gears of War or the Old Final Fantasy Games or old Metal Gear games. This game I will be getting the day it comes out.

I find it amusing how people demand a reason for a power balance in the game but I don't recall seeing any complaints for MvC. Galactus losing to a shield toss or Deadpool's pistols? Totes legit! :)

That said, I've been voting in the battle arena for who I believe should legitimately win. After all, that's how they've been discussing it in the videos.

HAHAHAHA I freaking called it I knew the final fight would be between superman and batman. Now the Fandom Wars have begun anew.

Feed me strife and bitterness, comments section. Tell me again how your favorite hero should have logically defeated Batman. Whisper your sorrowful tales of "durr batman fanboys" in my ear. Whine some more about how the results "should have been realistic".

Why are people talking about 'power levels' in the game? That has absolutely nothing to do with why people are angry at the tournament. The question was who would win in a fight. If you watched ANY of the videos where they're asking people you would see that it has nothing to do with game mechanics whatsoever. Hell that would be ridiculous since the people that voted i.e. us don't even have the game. The entire contest is based on the two characters having a fight in the comic book world, and in that situation, the people that are complaining think Flash would stomp. But of course, the voters are not unbiased comic book experts, and based on convoluted interpretations of JLA Tower of Babel and JL Doom they think Batman is a god and will win any fight, even against the a demi god who's the best fighter in the world and a being who can literally travel faster than light.

Can you say VIS? Flash would own batman in .003 of a second.

Why don't everyone relax, theres no reason to call anyone an idiot for voting Batman. This is something that shouldn't be taken that serious just have fun, and vote who you want to win. Yeah it's pretty obvious that Flash could beat Batman within a half a second, but I still voted Batman because I want to see Batman vs Superman.

watched the fights again and this part was my favorite in batman vs the flash at 1:34 Batman used his glide as a delayed cross up to bait Flash anti air attack so that Batman can whiff punish it with a dive kick and end it with a full combo . At 1:00 you can see a push back mechanic which is good too add more depth to the game. P.S is me or does superman not have that many flashy combos maybe there saving a big combo for the finale match.

I'd be more suprised if that when the fight is featured, there will be a stage or alternate skins similar to Millar's The Dark Knight Returns. :/

Superman has a pretty cool set, when I watched pro's playing as him in one of those PAX videos, they were doing some cool stuff.

The Batman/Flash match ended at the 40 second mark. Bruce and the Bat-fanboys hallucinated the rest.

Stop complaining people, this is a popularity contest in reality, not a proper debate where feats and arguments are considered. And in a popularity contest, Batman always wins no matter what. Besides there's something similar to 'The Rage' in MK vs DCU that enables street levelers to mix it up with speedsters and powerhouses. This changes nothing.

This is the dumbest and most predictable outcome possible. Everyone knew as soon as Superman and Batman were placed on different sides that this would be the result.

This is why some people hate Batman, it's because of the whole Batman-is-the-best-and-can-beat-anyone-because-Batman-can-beat-anyone-end-of-discussion type of mentality, and, frankly, it is getting a little annoying even for a huge Batman fan such as myself.

In a straight up fight with no prep-time (which I am taking these fights to be) Batman would have gotten his ass kicked by not only The Flash, but Wonder Woman as well.

I can take Superman making the finals because, well, he's fucking Superman.

So, in summation: the final should really by Flash or Wonder Woman vs. Superman.

I'm glad to see Batman vs Superman in the finals, they're the two biggest for DC and will help the game out much more than seeing other characters involved.

Wasn't aware this was a popularity contest...although that's what it comes down to, superman was a no brainer batman beating flash was a surprise.anyway my vote's obviously on the big S to win!

Everyone complaining about the results should seriously relax. Damn, it's just gameplay footage. So what if the voters didn't pick more realistic (using the term very loosely) winners? It means nothing.

Batman fans (and im one of them but im also smart)are getting on my nerves.....all they say because he is Batman and that's the reason he wins...do you know how much bullshit that is.....they turn into assholes right before our eyes...its all Nolan's fault im glad those shitty movies are done(esp the last one it ruined the whole series in my mind)when the movies fade maybe we can a COMIC BOOK version of Batman in film....Batman cant beat the Flash by just showing up

Make sure when you play as Batman against anyone, make sure you lose. Also even if you play as Joker, Harley, and Green Arrow vs Superman, WW, and GL you have to lose! You know, be realistic like you said, since its so important.

I keep it real 'cause I'm keeping it real LOL. . . . just because it's "only a video game" doesn't mean I can't be all like "C'mon! Really!?!"
