I've never been as excited about a comic related television show as I am for The Walking Dead....I'm so happy to see that it's doing so well and that it's getting promoted all over the place....I've watched the first episode around 4 times now and actually convinced my dad to sit down and watch it last night and he liked it...which if you know my dad is a huge compliment....I can't wait for this sunday and the new episode

Great show, hell of a lot better then a ton of zombie films out there.
I was hoping they'd let the horse live in the TV translation 
 
Also if I turn zombie, let the record state, I have no problem with anyone blowing my brains out.

It was insane watching downtown Atlanta look like a war zone... Not to mention filled with zombies! This show is great and I'm not really a huge fan of zombie movies or the comic book it's taken from.

Absolutely loved it!
 
I only have one small complaint.  In the beginning at the shootout Rick tells whatshisname to load a round in the chamber and take the safety off his gun, but the guy is carrying a Glock.  The only safety on Glocks are on the trigger which is disengaged by simply pulling the trigger.  What the guy thumbs in the scene is the slide lock which would have done nothing.
 
I know I'm being a little anal but anyone who works in law enforcement would have known that.
