This should be an entertaining Popcorn flick at least. Shredder doesn't bother me. Megan Fox doesn't bother me (I don't get why she gets so much hate). It's weird that the Turtles are so big, and have more human like faces, but who cares. At least the action should be good. You can always count on Bay to deliver on that front.

I will see this movie because I'm a huge TMNT fan but the trailer left we well to quote young justice "whelmed" maybe because we have been spoiled lately by great trailers for Cap 2, GoG and Godzilla . I'm still being optimistic and hoping for the best

Not so exited but I AM gonna watch it. Mikey did felt like it was Mikey. Not so sure about how human they look or why are they so big but anyhow, this movie looks like it COULD be good. So, even when I'm not the biggest fan of this movie, I'm in.

Looks loads better than what I was expecting. The action and the turtles will at least be decent. And I love me some William Fitchner. Hopefully this new take will bring some of the insanity that in TMNT to the big screen. The current cartoon and the last series (all 3 shows) were very good. Also liking how they're gear is cobbled together from stuff they'd fin on the street and in the trash. They have a slightly uniform look, but have individuality to them.

Ah yes! Some major destruction stuff going on here. Foot ninjas with guns! Probably involves the government with conspiracy plots too. It looks like a Transformers movie but with Ninja Turtles!

The faces seem a little off and they are way too big but it's an improvement over guys in a suit.

You know I totally forgot who was directing this but when I saw the trailer I thought to myself. "wow this totally feels like transformers"

Looking at the cast on IMDB doesn't help. Why is shredder a white guy? Why is Splinter a midget? Why is Thomson played by Woopi? Why are the Turtles played by A&F models? Why is April played by the worst actress possible? Am I the only one who thinks this casting is really off?

Oh and I like how the synopsis says fearless reporter April but she fainted in the video :)

Seems more transformers like than anything else but i'll still watch it :( .Michael bay has helped ruin alot of my childhood so this just adds to the list.

Not really what I think they should look like but i will keep an open mind till I see more. I like the designs they had in the Out of the Shadows game more. And the idea that the intention of their creation was to make heroes seems a little odd.

Wow Big turtles. Must admit i've never been a fan of TMNT but this looks awesome can't wait for it. I'll have to add it to my list of CBM's this years.

I'm not a Megan Fox fan, and I know the popular thing to do is rip on it for not being 100% true to the original story but neither are the TV shows. I don't mind the changes and think the character designs are pretty good. It's a Bay film so I'm refraining from being hopeful but from the trailer alone it looks like it will be exactly what it sets out to be: a fun and entertaining film.

I didn't know they were called GMNT - Giant Mutant Ninja Turtles. They seem to have forgotten the Teenage part. Either that or Megan Fox is a midget

I honestly think we all just hate Michael Bay because if this was JJ Abrams and they used Ellen Page instead of Megan Fox we would be eating this exact same trailer up. No matter how much we don't like it this movie is gonna make a truck load of money and produce at least 3 more sequels. I am just glad we live in a day and age where we can get 4 to 5 comic book movies in 1 year.

The trailer doesn't look that bad actually but I am still not hyped for the movie.

@deawoncdelaney No. If Martin Scorcese was directing this and they released this exact same trailer I'd still say it was crap. This movie looks horrible. Plain and simple. I can be surprised when it's released, but I seriously doubt it.

I can't find anything to complain about. Honestly this doesn't look bad, it certainly doesn't look good, but it doesn't look bad. I think this movie has the potential to be perfectly mediocre and when it comes down to it can anybody really ask for more than that?

Yeah....you can tell Bay was involved in this. Most likely I won't care for it as is the case with me and all his movies, but I'm sure a lot of people are going to like the action and explosions (which is required of a Bay movie), regardless of whether it's a good movie or not. Really wish Megan Fox wasn't in this, she can't act at all. Not keen on their choice for Shredder, he's a bit...scrawny. And the turtles are huge! They have odd faces, but they're huge! I honestly don't see how Shredder can defeat even one of them with that size and their power.

For the people whining about this movie, its a movie about f@cking Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! I mean seriously did any of you expect Citizen Kane or a Clockwork Orange? They were a comic and a kids cartoon. Im just waiting for the "they raped my childhood" comment. People need to get a grip, Lmfao. Its just a movie if you don't like it, guess what? you don't have to watch it.

Aw f*ck this sh*t... This f*cking sh*t has Michael Bay written all over it. We only get to see the title characters at the very end of the trailer with Megan Fox getting most of the screentime. While its still more subdued in the explosion aspect, it still features commando carrying guns, some things getting destroyed and a overly corny speech from the villain. Wasn't William Fitchner supposed to be Shredder? WTF?

Everything this director made was just so painfully average like Wrath of the Titans and Battle: Los Angeles. It was to cover the fact that this movie is actually Bay's brainchild.

Do you live in a sewer? The turtles have been getting bigger and bigger! Their comic is doing amazingly, their show is hilarious and well executed, - even with the initial worry about the animation - the toys have been selling, there are even drawings of them on signs at pizza places, and do I need say more?
