Valiant Teases ARMOR HUNTERS for Summer 2014

Could this be another big Valiant event?

When it comes to comic book teasers, we can't resist speculating over them. Often, very little is said. That usually results in even more speculation on our part. Valiant has just released a new teaser for something coming SUMMER 2014. That seems like a long ways off but it's good to keep in mind. We're also in the midst of the UNITY storyline so it'll be interesting to see what further information we get on this as the time approaches.

Get ready for Armor Hunters.

He's looked better.

It'll probably introduce the Armorines. It'll be ten years since they originally debuted in X-O Manowar way before the relaunch.

@jonny_anonymous: I'm aware it's an ongoing. But the story is considered an 'event.' I mean, that's how Valiant is even referring to it:

"The Can't-Miss Comic Event of 2013..."

It doesn't mean comic event, it just means an event in comics if that makes sense. The creators and editors at Valiant went out of there way to do interviews and such to make sure pepole knew this wasn't an event

I really like the logo with the sword through the helmet.

Man I should really read some Valiant.

@spinningbirdcake: I started with Eternal Warrior and decided Unity would be a decent starting point considering I missed the start of most of their relaunched titles. Haven't gotten to read them yet but looking forward to it if the quality is anything like EW.

Eternal Warrior is awesome, and so is unity, I would recommend reading Bloodshot and Hard Corps form issue 14, as its very good

@allstarsuperman: was thinking about those too, was waiting for a crossover or event that would force me to pick them up, kinda the way I do DC, Marvel, etc currently.

@wmwadeii: well 14 is a relauch of the series, it was just about bloodshot, but then they introduced hardcorps with bloodshot as the leader, its really cool.

@allstarsuperman: I certainly like Greg Pak after reading his Action Comics issues so that's incentive enough to try it out.

@wmwadeii: How's Unity been so far? It's only a couple issues in right?

Where's a good place to jump on and start reading X-O Manowar?

Also Shadowman just got a new creative team (Peter Milligan) and a new direction with #13 so that's a great place to start
