ART looks better already, but it can't save this book from the horrible writing of Daniel WAY. Thanks for killing my hope and anticipation for this book way.

Did they get Phil Noto for this specific issue or arc because his style goes well with romance comics, or is he replacing Dillon? I don't care about Elektra, and I think Frank is a more interesting character when he is completely detached, but this could be interesting, and I'm picking up Thunderbolts anyway. So I'll see how it goes.

It brakes my heart to see Phill Noto wasted on this book....

I want to like this book...but I just don't like Daniel Way....first two issues were pretty boring and the art is worse.

I have such mixed feeling about this series.

Phil Noto is my favorite artist. Thunderbolts has been... underwhelming. Here's hoping it kicks into gear soon.

Am I the only one that thinks its weird that Elektra and Matt never happened after the 90's? I mean....He came back from the 'dead' and was with Karen again....after that he had one failed relationship after another...TBH all Volume 2 did for me was make me mad and sad for Matt. Long story short, why is it that Marvel won't try that again? Also....Did the punisher ever have a love interest after his family died? I mean...really. Plus.....I'm just gonna say no to this before it starts. "No, Elektra. You aren't allowed to screw Frank Castle"

This cover is... weird. The idea is great and we definitely need more kisses and sex appeal on comic covers (do we?). There's parts I like and many parts I do not like. What I don't get is why they let a guy like TT do such cover when they already have Phil Noto doing the interior art? Well... I'm not reading Thunderbolts anyway. This could have a been an overwhelmingly brilliant cover though...

There's something wrong when The Punisher is on a cover passionately making out with. . . anyone.

I'm ok with this but I do think it'd be pretty funny if this was a misleading cover, maybe something like the storm/cyclops kiss in astonishing X-men.

The best of this is Noto taking the drawing.

Love the title, but hate Dillon´s art....

Isn't Elektra a villain who remorselessly kills innocents on many occasions and Frank a vigilante whose only purpose is to kill villains who have hurt innocents?

I realize just how annoying the Miller formula is and what it had done to Matt. After Karen died (To me it was and is a HUGE MISTAKE! Its like killing MJ) all they ever did was shove a woman in front of him, they'd fall in love, then they'd die/leave/betray him. Vol 2 did nothing but take and take and take and take. Elektra came in (again in my opinion) WAY too late, as Matt and Milla were dating and soon to be wed. What really pissed me off was Shadowland....Elektra made another big set piece in Matt's life (which is never talked about again btw) and after that......absolutely nothing. Matt is back in NYC and so far the only pokes and prods of Matt's past love life is Milla. My question....Does anyone know that Matt is back? Maya? (I think shes dead 0.o) Natasha? (WS says shes back on the commi agent side again?) Elektra? (for real though) Typhoid Mary? (Where the hell is she?) DAKOTA NORTH! (WHAT HAPPENED TO HER!?)........basically Matt and Elektra needs to happen or at the very least Kirsten and Matt....I like Mark Waid's DD because the Frank Miller doom and gloom and strip away everything is over. While I am no fan of Mark Waid's DD I totally agree with you on everything especially Karen Page dying.Matt and Dakota not being more explored really sucked.And I really don't like Kirstin Mcduffie

Eh, I remember more hubbub about the Catwoman-Batman encounter in Catwoman #1 New 52. That above looks tame compared to what Catsy-Batsy did in that art. I am intrigued immensely that Noto is doing interior art though...

I'm one of the few loving this series so I can't wait to see where Way takes the book .. but knowing close to nothing about Frank or Elektra I have no comment on the cover ..
