UNCANNY X-FORCE Teaser: "Goodbye Elizabeth."

GOODBYE WARREN, HELLOOOOOO JEAN-PHILLIPE!

This Wednesday many of you picked up the penultimate issue of UNCANNY X-FORCE (issue 17)

Might want to clarify that it's only the penultimate issue of this arc. Way it's worded it sounds like the series is ending.

Angel:Goodbye Elizabeth, hello Northstar!

Wow! Nowadays, Marvel is killing off our favourite characters one by one.

Who knows, but Betsy is already confirmed to be on two REGENESIS teams while Warren has yet to appear in any of the solicits.

@The Impersonator: The teaser's are showing quotes from the issue, the teaser implies that Warren is saying 'goodbye Elizabeth'

Btw this teaser makes me want to yell in excitement. Psylocke is, 100 per cent, the best thing about Uncanny X-Force, it may as well be called 'Psylocke and friends'

This may be morbid, but I REALLY want Warren to die. This was an amazing arc and would be the perfect send off to his character, at least for a couple of years. This is basicaly the best Warren Worthington story we will ever get so he may as well exit on a high note

I agree. Very well said. Let's face it, before Kyle and Yost's X-Force Warren was, well, boring, he didn't get any story lines and his character was frankly rather one dimensional. Since getting his Archangel powers back, he's been far more entertaining to read, but it's time for the story line, and the character frankly, to end. For the time being anyway.

Is anyone else seeing a big butterfly behind Psylocke? It reminds me of I Am Legend.

Psylocke, one of the most interesting telepaths around. A unique combination of the mental and physical rarely seen with the telepathic types. Doubtful she'll be dead for long if at all. She has more than nine lives.

When will Marvel finally learn that people no-longer care about character deaths?

It's just annoying!

It's not Psylocke dying, she is in two post schism series. It is probably Warren saying goodbye while Betsy kills him. Which given their history, would be epic.

Question is who gets all of warren's money when he does?

Prediction! Warren sets his evil plan in motion to near-completion but at the last possible nano-second, has a moment of lucidity and sacrifices himself to save the day, thus dying a hero.

And "Goodbye Elizabeth" are his final words to Psylocke as he dies.

yeah but they come back within the year so it doesn't really matter.

I truly LOVE Warren as a bad guy. Not much so with Betsy but definitely as the badguy is awesome.

This appears to be Warren's perspective while attempting to kill Psylocke. I doubt she dies here.

Elizabeth won't die IMO. I think this teaser is geared more towards Warrens thoughts.

The end has come for Warren it would seem...

More like, "Goodbye, Elizabeth!"
 
I think we are saying goodbye to a character, but it isn't Psylocke...

Betsy's on both the new Regenesis Blue and Gold teams, clearly she's fine.

Unless someone brings that heffer Kwannon back..(which I wouldn't put past marvel -_-)

Betsy is a nickname for Elizabeth. Elizabeth is Betsy Braddock aka Psylocke.

Maybe they kill him and Fantomex will have another child version made, because that wasn't creepy enough the first time.
