We want to know what super-hero teams need more love!

Welcome back to another edition Twitter Question of the Week! Every Monday, we ask our followers on Twitter a question about comic books and take their answers and place them neatly into this fine piece of art. This week we asked our followers "What's the most under-rated super-hero team and why?" Here are some of your answers!

Here's what the staff had to say!

Thank you to EVERYONE that participated this week. If you want to get in on the fun, make sure to follow us onTwitter where we post the question a few times on Mondays, and make sure to use #CVTQ when replying; otherwise, we'll have no clue you answered! If you really want to appear in this weekly article, make sure to answer why. Anyone can just say something, but you have to be able to explain your passion.

Do you have a response but don't have a Twitter account? Let us know what team needs more love in the comments below!

TMNT (if they count) or the Great Lakes Avengers.

Doom Patrol. I wish they had even a fraction of the X-Men's success.

The Original Defenders, Dr. Strange, Silver Surfer, Hulk, and Namor, along with some help throughout the series like Hellcat, Gargoyle, Nighthawk and Valkyrie.

Alpha Flight is a great one! Wish I thought of that. DC is finally showing some love to Canada with their JL United title. But I did like that Omega Flight series with Michael Pointer as Guardian and Julia Carpenter and USAgent. Canada needs more love.

The Doom Patrol

Doom Patrol or even the Metal Men.

Ummmm... TMNT isn't exactly underrated. They were more popular than the Avengers by a long shot until the MCU started shaping up.

Alpha Flight is a good answer.

Howz about West Coast Avengers? I used to collect that in the 90z !!Wonder Man!! was my fave

@edblank: You could still make the case. TMNT is everywhere. I see more non-comic/movie related material of them then anyone. Toys, games, clothes, etc.

There's TMNT yogurt ffs lol.

If that guy said "Captain Planet" then I'm going with Kids Next Door Sector-V! Everything they do is just made of pure awesomeness!

Blood Syndicate - Rival gang bangers that gained abilities from the "Big Bang", afterwards they came together to form their own gang but not to continue their criminal ways. Instead they use their abilities to shut down crack houses and try to better their community.

I really liked the version of the Outsiders when it was Nightwing, Arsenal, Jade, Grace, Thunder, Indigo, and Metamorpho. The book was a lot of fun, particularly once the team finds out that they've been doing Deathstroke's dirty work. It was a cool team with good dynamics.

I also really miss Excalibur! Unfortunately it is difficult to sell a mutant team book that doesn't have either a world renown writer (David) or Wolverine in it, the sole exception being the current Uncanny run. I would love if Marvel would give Excalibur another shot some day, I miss my Pete Wisdom / Captain Britain buddy cop moments.

Doom Patrol!! I wish they were popular than their copy-cats, the X-men!

The Fearless Defenders.

Doom Patrol for me too.

Captain Carrot and his Amazing Zoo Crew! (I would have said The Specials, but even in their own movie they were only the world's seventh most popular superhero team - and they deserved that ranking...)

How about the Winter Guard(Russia) or Big Hero 6(Japan)?

Young Avengers

It was such a fantastic comic and its been so many years (not including The Children's Crusade) and all we've gotten is a measly 15 issues of poorly written Young Avengers Volume 2, and now it's over again for the foreseeable future. That just sucks

Matt Fraction and Mike Allred's FF team. Huge fan of that run as you can see by my profile pic. Scott Lang's Ant-Man, Darla Deering's Ms. Thing, She-Hulk and Medusa offered a great gender reversal to the original Fantastic Four and a progressive message with a non-nuclear family dynamic.

I agree with Matt its Damage Control.

@youngdoctor: I really wish Marvel had used Age of Ultron to bring those guys back. Alluding to being on a planet full of robots would have been perfect, and having Circuit Breaker taking out a Sentinel while growling out an 'I... hate... ROBOTS!' would have been awesome.

Also, any Marvel team without Wolverine.

Heroes For Hire was fun in its latest incarnation. Loved the dynamic w/ Misty & Paladin.

Guardians of the Galaxy. GOTG had an amazing comic run but no body cared or even really knew about the Guardians of the Galaxy before it was announced GOTG was getting a movie.

TMNT. They have shown great skill and teamwork. Yet they still get defeated on threads against Cap. America. Disappointed.

No one said the Legion of Super-Heroes?

How sad. I feel that they have done a lot of firsts in comics and they receive very little credit for that. I wish that in The New 52, DC just rebooted them completely. I would miss all the character history a lot but it would be a great way to have gotten in new readers. Maybe keep the Legion running a while longer. But I guess we are sticking with Justice League 3000 for a while.

Anyway, long live the legion!

Squadron Supreme is one of the all-time greatest teams in comics (that the majority don't know about). even though they were created to be Marvel's JLA their stories and characters are done so well that they (suprisingly) stand alone from their source material. I would love to see a new Squadron Supreme in the mainstream Marvel universe (now that Hyperion is in 616, and a new doctor spectrum has been seen in New Avengers, who knows?)
