If there's one thing that Marvel does well in its films, it's the cameos. It's pretty fun to sit through the credits and see Nick Fury wonder into the room and chat it up with Tony Stark. Well, Gregory Littley, a creative director and branding consultant, had this to say on his Twitter page,

We'll get our first look at Thor in Iron Man 2 on May 7th, but where and at what point of the film will we see him? How do you think Thor's cameo will fit into the Iron Man 2 film?
There's been a bit of speculation to whether or not Thor was going to make a cameo in the film. In fact, it's even been shot down once or twice, but someone who seemingly works on the film has let the beans spill... on purpose. Does Thor actually have a part in this film, will Thor just be at the end of the credits, or will he just be in the background? We probably won't find out until Iron Man 2 comes out on May 7th.Press shots should hit the 'net RIGHT around the timing/ release of #IRONMAN2. PS. It is THOR in the #IRONMAN2 trailer.

Mjolnir and the costume are two things they need to make work, or the film could come off as dangerously cheesy. A lot of us are beginning to become accustomed to the more realistic super-hero film, where there is a scientific explanation for everything, i.e. Dark Knight and Iron Man. So how will this film do? I think, if the writers and costume/set designers understand the book and the appeal it has, not only to comic book fans, but the appeal it could have to the rest of America, this could be a great film, and it sounds like, from the actor's perspective, that they have it dead on.Thor will satisfy fanboys and girls hoping to see the hammer-wielding superhero they’ve come to love from the Marvel comic book. I have the hammer, it’s pretty true to the comics. I have a long blond wig and a nice big red cape and all sorts of armor and interesting bits and pieces... There’s so many different versions of the comic books , they’ve sort of bonded quite a few of them to form this particular story, but it’s all very true to the original stuff.
