Hulk vs Emma is unexpected and honestly I am very interested in how it turns out, there is a lot of potential

Luke vs Beast less interesting but still not bad, it is the classic brains vs brawn

Ms. Marvel vs Rogue should be great but since Rogue already won once, Ms. Marvel will probably win

Either way this looks really interesting and I cant wait

Emma vs the Hulk, now theyre just messing with us.

Luke Cage vs Beast, Hank is smarter, and faster, so he should win, unless Bendis is writing the fight.

Rouge and Ms Marvel should be pretty interesting.

The fights I would like to see.

Hawkeye vs. Gambit

Captain America vs. Cyclops

Domino vs. Black Widow

Namor vs. Thor

Beast vs. Black Panther

Danger vs. Vision

and

Deadpool vs. Spider-man

Some have fought before, but as years go on they gain new skills and I believe would make an excellent fight roster.

Question: so are these teasing the actual battles that will take place during this series? or are they just pairing off heroes in order to get fans salivating at the potential match-ups? any thoughts? i'm thinking the latter. seems to me that without serious PIS (or CIS, WIS) that some of these battles are too one-sided. might just mean that these are just pairings done in order to get ppl talking and once the comics are out, there will be different ppl battling one another....

In some of today's releases I saw that Wolverine is fighting Captain America...do it looks like he'll be siding with the X-Men

Ain't the Hulk already beat the whole x-men team already, why is he vs Emma Frost.

maybe a COMBINATION WE know magneto and iron man fight

Hulk vs Frost as happened before... He just stomped through the ground (literally) and she had an entire team of x-men with her at the time... Plus all of you seems to forget Hulk is extremely resistant to mind control. So unless there's a mountain of PIS Hulk wins very easily.

Beast vs Cage could go either way depending of the writter if Beast use his brain he'll probably win.

Rogue vs Marvel could go either way.

I'd say Frost vs. Hulk is a no brainer, which means she'll probably win, it's the Hulk without Banner is it not? I'd love to see Luke Cage lose simply because he's an awful character. And I'll back Ms. Marvel against nearly anyone anyday. Done.

When is this suppose to go out?

I'm starting to think Colossus isn't in this event at all...

Also Hulk is going to win. He's resistant to mind control and he only needs to be in control long enough for one clap, then Frost is done. She's straight up dead or forced into diamond form.

Also I'm pretty sure it is Hulk without Bruce, but that isn't that relevant, Hulk would stomp either way without CIS. I'm sure this is just an error on the artists part, but that Hulk in the teaser is clearly right after transformation, so it could be that Bruce gets his Hulk back.

I'm glad that this is only the fight book, it would be a shame to let JR JR illustrate all of AvX...

i hope luke cage wins. beast is an awful character and a loser.

Ms. Marvel vs Rogue is something that I can't wait to see. I think at this point Rogue could take her down.

Obviously Hulk and Thor HAD to come back, the Avengers movie is coming out so they need to represent.

Putting Emma up against Hulk is just absurd, she would have been much better matched with Valkyrie.

Beast vs.Cage? That could actually be interesting if done right, street smarts vs. book smarts. Interesting.

Rogue vs. Ms. Marvel you could see from a mile away.

Isn't that Beast vs. Luke Cage cover by Alan Davis? His art makes me swoon...wish he were doing the interiors too...although...is Beast wearing a skirt?

Also: Can't stand that Disneyesque Ms. Marvel vs. Rogue cover with that hideous, lazy background.

I'll go with Emma Frost, but the truth is that both characters has a chance depending on how the writer handles the situation. Hulk has the muscle, Emma has the brain.

Magneto vs. Iron Man - Winner- Magneto

Psylocke vs. Black Widow -Winner- Psylocke

Spider-Man vs. Iceman -Winner- Iceman

Storm vs. Thor. -Winner- Thor

Hulk vs Emma Frost -Winner- Emma Frost (that one i could see going either way)

Luke Cage vs. Beast -Winner- undecided, to close to call

Ms. Marvel vs. Rogue -Winner- Ms. Marvel if she has energy blasts still and keeps Rogue at a distance

Colossus-naut vs. Thing -Winner- Colossus

Archangel vs. Daredevil -Winner- Undecided (i would say it depneds on how much fighting skill Archangel remembers. He he knows how to fight still i would fige him the upper hand bc of flight)

Spider Woman vs. Gambit -Winner- Spider Woman (i will give this to Spider Woman 7 times out of 10 but that ratio will change if Gambit can still charge living things just by line of sight and thinking about them, if thats the case, i say Gambit would win 9 times out of 10)

X-men- 5 Avengers- 3 Undecided- 2

I'd love to see Beast get stomped into the ground.

I gotta say these are some pretty sweet pics, but as far as fights I'd care to see I'd say blah.
