The Rogues Return in THE FLASH #7

I like it. The Flash is a beast of a superhero, so his rogues gallery needed to be amped up somewhat in terms of ability too, in my opinion.

I like Cold more with a Freeze Gun than with an actual Freeze powers,but I like the way he looks and I know he will make a great debut in the New 52

The new Captain Cold design looks somewhat similar to Commander Cold from the Renegades. The Renegades were basically parallels of the Flash's rouges gallery made cool. And I wish they had gone with Commander Cold's glasses when redesigning Captain Cold.

What? I hope this doesn't turn out to be the final design... I mean, I know some of ya will find it badass...but let's be honest we don't need a gansta Captain Cold, just invent a new gansta ice-based villain instead! Oh wait, there's one, the 2nd Icycle! (and he even uses his hands to freeze things like this Cold above)

I like it. Nice.

Also, not to harp on all recent Flash developments, but...can we please have Hunter Zolomon Zoom back now that Thawne has been dealt with? Please? :D

Odd that so many people seem to be behind Cold's change, because I'm not really feeling it. :/

It's going to require a serious retooling of Len's history, which bums me out because I always thought he had a really great origin. And hopefully, changing that origin won't affect how big a role his sister plays in his motives.

Really, it seems like way too much work to tweak a character concept that has been working very well in his more recent appearances and story arcs, imo. Sad to see that happen. :(

Mole man appeared in 1961, and Captain Cold appared in 1957. I don't know about Moleman, but Captain cold's visor looks the same...so who's copying who? :P

Wow, Cold DOES look pretty awesome there. But when did he have Iceman's powers? I was under the impression that that's what he had that ice gun thing for. Could be wrong. Definitely bad @$$, but yes, classic Cold I definitely like more.

Love this new costume.

He better keep the gun. I guess im going to read Flash in march.

Why are they spoiling everything, Marvel and DC need to quit telling us whats going on 3-4 months in advance.

He's in desperate need of sleeves. I also hope that these newfound ice powers are actually explained, rather than just randomly appearing with them.

Is that a hooded vest? where do you even get a thing like that? who makes supervillain outfits anyway? do they have a union seamstress or something? One picture, so many questions.

Seriously? Captain Cold is sleeveless now? I know it's supposed to be a more "edgey" version, but anyone who lives in northern states knows you don't go sleeveless in the snow. Also, he now has ice powers? When did that start?

Captain Cold actually looks badass now.

That's a really sweet redesign, I love the incorporation of the hood into the uniform and the apparent change to becoming a metahuman. 
 
I'll admit I was a bit "should I?" with continuing with the current Flash series, but this has made me want to carry on collecting! :)

At first i was like "Wha-??" then i looked again and was like "WOW!"

I liked his old costume, but i can see why they wanted to make him different from Mr. Freeze who also uses a freeze gun.

@Dernman: And Icicle II has the full-body ice thing like Iceman. Just like you won't confuse Ice (JLI) and Killer Frost

Hopefully their role lives up to the rest of what we've been getting with The Flash so far. It is my favorite series from the New 52.

This is so cool. Francis Manapul has done some of the best redesigns of the whole relaunch--which is, apparently, hard to do, since most of them suck.

That makes it look like his power comes from within instead of a gun

that's what i was thinking, and i hope so, i'm tired of them being beaten by someone disarming their weapons, i hope they ALL get superpowers...i was hoping Captain Boomerang would keep his Brightest day explosive boomerang constructs

Ya know, I never thought I'd ever say it, but Captain Cold looks badass.

Look nice i am not a fan of the naked arms but i wait to see it in action. The evolution to a meta state is not something i like very much, they look a little charm but i give them a chance they will maybe surprise me.
