Captain Jack as Tonto. At least it seems like he's playing it the same way. It just makes me anoyed that they have him play tonto.

This doesn't look good.

Disney is totally trying to buy Depp forever. i'll wait to see how he actually does, but something ive noticed since Pirates 2 is that he keeps getting cast as variations of Jack Sparrow... which is annoying considering the range he has as an actor.

edit: But apparently Depp does have some native american ancestry according to Wikipedia.

Johnny Depp is part cherokee people so it's not completely out of the question for him to the play the part, but I agree I would have liked to have seen a new actor.
