Not fond of this. I don't really like the relationship and Johns mentioned it would be ending in Trinity War. If this was just in the vein of Batman/Superman I would be fine with it. If its just to further push the romantic relationship then I have no interest of whatsoever.

I'll be picking this up. I didn't really enjoy Lous with Clark anyway so this is good

• It arrived out of Johns' inorganic writing, no build up, no nothing, it just happened.

• And obviously it's just DC reaching for the lowest hanging fruit in their tree.

I'm a little skeptical...if this series is mainly about their relationship I don't get it. It wld make more sense if they're married. What happens if and when the relationship ends? Anyway I wonder who the villains In this book are gonna be.they're gonna havta be pretty powerful to take on these two

OH yeah! Soule and Daniel are awesome and if Orion came into this a bit, I would love it.

@vitality: What are my reasons? What reason is there TO like this? Their relationship is forced. They have no chemistry. Their relationship doesn't make sense. It's boring, dry, and has resulted in absolutely nothing changing and no good stories being written. Orion and WW have had more chemistry in the few issues that he's been in the WW series than Supes and WW have in their entire history. I've given this stupid pairing enough chances and nothing has come off it. It needs to die.

Well, I have to say, I'm curious, I'm glad Wonder Woman is getting another title (at least half of one) one that shows her interacting in non Greek adventures. So I'm down.

Romance aside, a Superman/Wonder Woman book should be badass if done correctly.

What really pisses me off is that when a great new book is spotlighted everybody is all "Ooh this looks great but i can't afford another book on my pull" but when this blatant cash grab gimmick of a book is announced everybody is like "Oh yes sign me up"

This couple still doesn't makes sense to me...

I don't think I have room in my list for another book, but this seems alright. Plus, Daniel is quite good, so it'll be a pretty book.

I really, really, really hate this pairing. I put up with it because I thought/think Johns is trying to do a Twilight of the Superhero ripoff, but this is becoming less and less acceptable for me. Most writers don't know how to write strong women so heroines like Storm and Wonder Woman just become some other hero's girlfriend in the story and not much more. I'm not saying that all writers do this, but I am saying most do. Superman potentially overshadows Wonder Woman, and this throws off the dynamic of the trinity, who are supposed to be the 3 leaders, not a couple and their third wheel. The trinity needs to stay out of each others' pants. Steve Trevor, Lois Lane, Lana Lang, Orion, etc. all make much better love interests IMO. Ugh...

Most of the shippers for this couple harp on the sex thing, which is a very pornographic way at looking at relationships. And it's not like Superman and Lois didn't hit the sack. They were married and he has fine enough muscle control not to destroy every pencil or other object he touches. Dumb.

I know it sounds creepy but I think Captain Marvel would've looked far better in that cover.

Wonder Woman is one of my favorite titles of the New 52, and the character as written there just doesn't seem to fit into this relationship. Hope that book is allowed to continue as it is.

I'll give this a chance, but I'm dubious. Let them have their own lives, their own relationships, their own involvements with the human race. A sealed-off superhero-only world is dull.

From the start this relationship has smelled like an attempt to garner newspaper column inches.

You would think after Man of Steel and a whole new generation of Lois Lane fans, that DC would capitalise on it and finally give in to what everyone wants and put Lois and Clark back together...
