The tights are gone. It's the rise of casual Superman

Looks like there's a lot of changes coming down the pipeline post-Convergence. Nerdist had the solicit for ACTION COMICS #41, which goes on sale on June 3rd, and the cover shows Superman with a completely new look.

Looks like Superman is getting really casual. At first, this almost looks like it has to deal with just the story line going on in ACTION COMICS. However, the cover for SUPERMAN/WONDER WOMAN #18, released by Uproxx, shows that this new costume is DC-wide

As we mentioned earlier, Wonder Woman also has a new costume as well. As for Superman, aside from the t-shirt and jeans, he's also getting his hair trimmed up and sporting some stubble, and during Greg Pak and Aaron Kuder's run on ACTION COMICS, Superman is no stranger to facial hair.

As most fans probably realize, the chances of Superman eventually going back to the old costume is pretty high, but as of right now, what do you think about the costume change? Does it work for you or does he come off as just a dude in a Superman shirt?
