I am actually okay with this....the X-Men need to start socializing a bit more, and Storm, in my opinion, hasn't fit in with the current direction of X-Men for a while now. It's time she moves on.

@butterflykyss: Thanks. We actually get a completely different level of traffic on the news page. Some people strictly go there while others mainly go to the forums. As long as word gets out, that's what's important.

This is pretty stupid. They should have just kept her with Black Panther if they were just going to keep bouncing her around. Way to over expose another character Marvel.

@Nobody: Storm is by no way over exposed, even within the X-books as of late. This is good for her the character. I, as well as the other Raindrops, are fairly pleased!

@butterflykyss: It's my job to get the news out to people. I love when you guys show enthusiasm and want to spread the word as well. But if something is posted in the forums, I can't attach it to the news page. This is big news. People are either gonna love it or hate it.

Don't care much about the Avengers, but it's great that Storm is finally getting something to do. She deserves to be upgraded to the big league.

Of course not. Cause appearing on the Avengers and the X-Men along with Black Panther(if that ever happens again) is totally plausible. When happened to the good old days when characters appeared on one team and then maybe one book of their own. We actually saw characters who weren't getting used appearing on teams. There are tons of characters I would love to see on the Avengers who actually belong there, but instead we get Wolverine, Spider-Man, and now Storm. Not to mention Luke Cage and Thing on the other Avengers. It also appears that Dr. Strange and Iron Fist will soon be on two teams as well.

@Man of Lengend: Well now im not as interested...every time they do something new with Storm, they instantly shackle her to her husband. She is more than capable a character to stand alone without the help of Panther, they should just leave Panther where he is and let Storm go Avenging solo.

Storms better off staying with the x-men imo. Like someone else already said she barely has enough time for her husband as it is. Nevertheless Storm would b a valuable addition to the avengers.

@Nobody: Well.. I guess the good 'Ol days are over, because the only over-exposed people that come to mind for me are Wolverine and Deadpool. Those are the only people I tend to ever see on the cover of comics when I visit a comic store. Again, Storm as of here recently has not been utilized at all, outside of being a background lightning lass character, in X-men. Black panther comics are not even in circulation anymore. She appeared maybe two times in the running Man without fear. So over-exposure is a grossly inaccurate depiction on how Storm has been exposed as of recent times. Also, how do you conclude that Storm doesn't belong there? Everything about her makes her over qualified IMO.

@butterflykyss: Joining the Avengers won't be any different for her character use. Bendis is a terrible writer. If he doesn't completely change her personality completely, he will have her there as just fill for the two characters he chooses to be his "spotlight" characters for this run. It's the way he has done every Avengers books. Heck he might do both like he did with Noh-Varr.

I'm okay with this.

Storm is one of those iconic characters, she definitely fits the team! And its about time she actually have Black Panther around her for once.

@Nobody: I have heard that Bendis is horrible, but I will hold my thoughts until I read the issues. That said, regardless of Bendis, I think its great for Storm and her RAINDROPS she is a confirmed new Avenger. I will be buying can't wait!

Ever since they made her part of the Avengers in the Marvel Adventures comic I thought she would be a perfect fit. I am happy with this idea. I also like the Beast on the Avengers, hope they keep that too.

RAINDROPS EVERYWHERE UNITE FOR THE GODDESS HAS RETURNED!!!! NOW THE LAST THING THAT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED OFF OF THINGS STORMS NEED TO ACCOMPLISH IS OMEGA LEVEL STATUS CONFIRMATION!!!!! I AM SURE THIS IS IN THE WORKS!!!
