If you're on twitter, and you're a fan of artist/writer Rob Liefeld, chances are you are following him. The man who created characters like Cable, Domino, Kane, and others has been talking a lot about his most popular creation on his twitter page: Deadpool.

Since the character’s appearance in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, many people have been waiting for the full-length Deadpool film, and the majority of those people are praying the character’s portrayal is vastly different than the Wolvie film. Well, it seems like those prayers may be answered, as Deadpool creator, Rob Liefeld spills some beans on the upcoming film.

"WHEN they make the Deadpool movie it will be a monster. The script is phenomenal. Fans have no idea how great it is. They will FREAK…It's raunchy, wild, and the best action set pieces I've ever read."

Raunchy, wild, and great action are a huge part of the series, and it’s something the fans want to see, not so much Baraka with his mouth sewn shut. Many fans will admit that when Wade Wilson was on the screen, not Deadpool, the essence of the character was there, and it was incredibly entertaining to watch, when he actually had something to say. Hopefully, this film will turn out more like that than anything.

"The producers, screenwriters and Mr. Ryan Reynolds have crafted a film that will hit the reset button for everything."

Many people are probably breathing a sigh of relief right now because most people think hitting the reset button is the best idea for this character. There are also a few scattered specifics thrown about, including which characters will appear in the film. Liefeld said on his twitter page that Garrison Kane will be one of them. So it looks like the fans will be seeing a version of Deadpool based much more on the mythos of the character, rather than what producers think will look cool on film. What do you guys think? What would you like to see in the Deadpool film?
