You’ll notice that, in addition to zombified Firestorm, you’ve got zombified incarnations of Martian Manhunter, Aquaman, Deadman (Dead-ER man?) and those oh-so-cute love birds, Hawkman and Hawkgirl. What do they have in common? Well, they all just happen to be part of the “resurrected twelve” who came back at the end of a certain mega-crossover that just wrapped up, oh-so-recently, and I don't think that's a coincidence. There’ve been some hints in BRIGHTEST DAY about this "anti-dead dozen" having some sort of ties to their Black Lantern selves, so maybe this is what those hints were… uh… hinting at. == TEASER ==
Even though this is coming in October, some of you Comic Vine maniacs might think the BLC (mmm… sounds like a sandwich) are returning too soon after they were defeated. But, you know what? Conceptually, I think the whole war of light is the most interesting thing to happen to the DCU’s cosmology in as long as I can remember. There are plenty more stories they can do about all these emotional factions. Hell, I'm already curious to see how all this stuff with the entities plays out. But what are your theories, Comic Vine community? Where do your third eyes see this going?
Also, seeing as how this is probably going to coincide with Halloween, I'll bring up an even more pressing question - - something brought up by memories of getting gipped with one tooth brush, too many. If you went to somebody's door, would it be a trick or a treat if you got comics instead of candy?
