@g_man: My assumption is based off of the Nightwing-esque photo that has been floating around for months looks like her dawning the mantle. I don't think that'd be a bad thing, could be really cool, but with Dick being my favorite DC character my heart is wounded and I don't know what to think. And I brought it up not to start a riot but because I'm assuming this is the issue where she gets the suits and such.

Yay more Harper Row this month. I really enjoyed her in the earlier issue and was a bit disappointed when Batman got into Zero Year and wasn't going to be going forward with "current events". Zero Year has been good, don't get me wrong, but it is dragging a bit.

I might have to skip this issue.

If theres no Zero Year I am out,

@g_man: I am excited about Batman Eternal, but Harper just makes me cringe. All of her stories are so heavy handed.

I'm more excited for batman eternal but idk if I want a comic that's just a teaser of it.

I'd actually pretty excited if Harper is becoming Nightwing, only if he gets another identity though.

@akbogert: BATMAN #28 is a full issue. It's sent a few months in the current day future. BATMAN ETERNAL, the weekly series, begins in April. This complete story/issue is giving us a preview of what's coming up. So it's like looking ahead a bit. But it's one complete issue.

@g_man: Alright. For some reason I'd thought it would be more like a montage thing rather than simply a story set in the future. But cool. Thanks for the clarification!

I still don't believe Nightwing (Dick) is going to be dead. I just can't believe it, it's not possible.

I really like Harper as a character and am excited to see what they do with her. I'm loving Zero Year and will miss seeing it progress this month but if an interlude is needed this is a great way to do it. I really want to see Dustin Nguyen or Sean Murphy do a two or three issue story in Snyder's Batman, maybe Nguyen will be available for fill in issues between Zero Year and the next major arc (assuming Snyder/Capullo need a fill in) since Lil Gotham is ending.

I want to learn more about Harper Row, so I will definitely get this.

I won't be reading Batman Eternal (no interest in paying for any weekly series), but I am interested to see what they are doing with it.

Harper looks like a baby in two of those panels, it's super distracting. =/

Darn it to hell, I want to read Batman Eternal so bad, but i don't have the money, and I don't want to drop any of the series of my pull list. I need a job haha

Looks good, really liking the artwork on display. Looking forward to Batman Eternal, I originally wasn't going to pick it up but I managed to budget it into my pull list without too much trouble

Harper Row is boring and generic. Seems to me this character has been getting pushed for a while and she doesn't seem to be taking.

I hate what she did to her hair. She looked a lot better with long hair... I mean, I get that this hairstyle makes her unique but still. Anyways... Her as Nightwing? Eugh. Just, no. No, no, no. If she used a different identity, then maybe. Though, err, she's going to be kind of just like another Robin but not having to go through the "Robin phase." So that's kinda boring.

I want an issue with Harper but I don't care about nor will I pick up Eternal...

Greg Capullo skipping the next issue? :-O might skip this.

@jaken7: Of course I'll still check it out in the comic store but I already grow impatient to what happens next after #27. I'm already bummed out I still need to wait till March or April to see what happens next. :p
