Ben Reilly has to possibly be one of the best clones in comics. Him, X-23, and Bizarro. 

X-23 than maybe Superboy but defiantly X-23

Do the clones in the Star Wars Universe count as they are by far my favourite; especially Boba Fett or the RC's :D

You know what? Seeing that cosplay... blades on a tiny girls' hands look much scarier in real life than they do in the comics. She just looks like Wolverine Twilight edition, but when you get down to it, it kind of works visually...

I agree with Jimmy Palmiotti. The only good clone is a dead one. The only clone I find at all interesting is Superboy, but only for the fact that he's a clone of 2 enemies embodied in one person.

Ultimate Jessica Drew is pretty cool

I don't think Agent X counts as a clone but if he does, then he'd be in my top 3.  Since his status is up in the air, I'd go with the ever popular X 23 followed by both Jessica Drew from Ultimate U and Ben Reilly from 616.  Oh and Power Girl isn't so much a clone as much as a double but I'd put her on the list if it counts.  I like her so much more than Supergirl that I'd really prefer to think she was created first and not the other way around.

If I had to pick someone. I would say Brianna Diggers. She's sort of a clone. She's a combination of both Gina and Britanny Diggers. Though, she shares a lot similar with her sisters. She's pretty much her own person with personality and quirks.
 
X-23 is an 'interesting' character, but she was trying to influence the vote here in her favor. The writers have tried different things with her. Not sure she's really been established well, yet.

I do find it interesting how Ben Reilly got all those mentions. Considering he came from a story arc with the most gross overuse of clones in comics, outside of prequel-Star Wars comics.
 
Note sure if you could count Secret Invasion as a clone story, but close. They were copies who though they were the real deal. "

I usually don't really care for the whole clone thing,
 
but I think x23 is totally awesome.
 
I just love her whole emotional and angst driven back story,
 
She has her own personality and motivations
 
and she's just totally bad ass and hot
 
so she'll always get my vote

I'm not a fan of Superboy personally. He's alright, but the entire line of Superman comics and the characters around it have never really interested me that much. X-23 is alright at times, but along with Draken they fall under my general "meh" reaction to Wolverine (yes, I'm a X-men fan that is not a fan of Wolverine). I'm not big on clones in general. Ben Reilly had some good moments and he probably ranks as my second most liked clone.  
 
The one clone I really liked was Nate Gray, X-man. Well let me rephrase that: I liked Nate as he used to be. Warren Ellis is a great writer usually, but when he came onto X-man he completely ruined the character and turned him into someone way too powerful and quite frankly unstoppable. Nate only died because he chose to. nothing could kill him after Ellis screwed with him.  As for his return? Eh. It was fun seeing him mess with the Dark X-men and Osbourne, but Nate is not  team player and if writers try to force him to be part of the X-men its just going to further ruin the character.
