Off My Mind: What If You Were The Last Man?

If you've read Brian K. Vaughan's Y: The Last Man, you know the story of Yorick Brown. This was another series I came into late in the game. When I started reading the trades, I didn't want the story to end. Because I knew there were only 60 issues (collected in ten trades), I actually stopped reading them for a while because I didn't want to reach the end. Eventually I did read the final issues while being out in nature.  
 
The combination of the two got me thinking, what would you do if you were the last man (or woman)? This doesn't mean you're the last person alive. I'm talking about being the last of your gender (so you could still have someone to talk to, if you wanted). With the population being cut down so drastically, you would have some freedom as to what you could do and where you could go. What would you do? To what extremes would you go to seek out your loved ones?
