- Panel consists of Stephen Wacker (senior editor), Arune Singh (Director of Communications), Dan Slott, Ryan Stegman, Mark Waid, Joe Keatinge, Kevin Shinick, Declan Shalvey & Cullen Bunn.Â
- Crowd cheers but Singh says it isn't loud enough, joking "that doesn't say Superman.. that doesn't say Green Lantern... let's hear it for Spider-Man!"
- Today is officially "Spider-Man Day" in New York.
- Today only you can download an issue of ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN INFINITE COMICS for free. Â Takes place in the animated universe. Â Check it out here.
- 'Dying Wish' will be the final story in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN. Â Cover revealed of a not-so healthy looking Doc Oc saying "...Peter Parker."
- Stan Lee will answer letters from a "select few fans" in the letter column of ASM #700. Â Keep an eye on Marvel's news (via their main site or social media pages) over the next few weeks to find out how to apply.
- AVENGING SPIDER-MAN 15.1 will serve as a bridge between ASM and what's to come next. Â Those will be the ONLY two Marvel books coming out that week in Dec.
- SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN discussion starts (Slott/Stegman). Â The all new Spider-Man isn't Peter Parker and Slott calls it "very dark, very weird." Â
- Keatinge will write MORBIUS THE LIVING VAMPIRE. Â The writer says he's been a big fan of the character for a long time because "he's not a hero, he's not a villain. Â He's just a guy trying to do well and he's relentless in trying to do good but it always messes up."
- This won't be a prison book.  Morbius will be leaving the Raft.
- Waid thanks fans for all of their support of DAREDEVIL.
- Says the theme of the title is "actions have consequences."
- The new Spider-Man will appear in the title to help Matt battle the new Stilt-Man. Â "I can't believe I just said that," Waid remarks. Â
- Issue #23 will reveal the mystery villain that has been playing Matt since issue #3.
- Hank Pym to appear a lot more in DD. Â Waid says he loves their friendship.
- Bunn says 'Minimum Carnage' will have "more symbiotes per panel than ever before."
- Venom is leaving the Big Apple and moving to Philly. Â When asked why, they joked it's because of Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
- But really, it's because Venom will "need a change" after the events of 'Minimum Carnage.'
- Christopher Yost is "taking him [Kaine] down a pretty dangerous path next year" in SCARLET SPIDER.
- David Aja to remain on HAWKEYE -- sadly, no update on Landlord bro.
- DAREDEVIL: END OF DAYS takes place in the not too distant future. Â Does that mean we're getting a Bullseye resurrection story soon...?Â
- CAPTAIN MARVEL to have "a lot of Carol Danvers blasting stuff."
- PUNISHER WAR ZONE to redefine Frank's role in the Marvel universe.
- Described as a 5 issue cat and mouse chase -- you'll believe Frank can elude the Avengers.
- No plans for a SPIDER-MEN follow-up at the moment.
- A new version of The Big Wheel to appear in SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN.
- Waid hinted Black Cat might appear more in DAREDEVIL.
- As for how Morbius leaves the raft -- we're told read ASM #699. Â They added "they're very aware of all the villains currently in the Raft."
- Super natural element will come back to VENOM -- but right now Bunn wants to focus on more street level stories.
- Question: "Is Anti-Venom going to show up again?" Â Answer: "Yes, Eddie Brock for sure." Â Then what does the future hold for Toxin...?
- Q: "Will Black Widow or Mockingbird be in HAWKEYE?" A: "Yes... to one of those."
- We'll be seeing more of Mr. Negative, Overdrive & Vulture!
- Q: "How come you don't make 2099 Spider-Man comics anymore?" A: "You want to see Spider-Man 2099? Â We'll do it for you!"
- Q: Â "Has the upcoming Spider-Man appeared in a title yet?" Â A: Â "The Superior Spider-Man has serious Spider-Man pedigree."
