Each week we take a close look at comic book collectibles to see how they rate outside of the packaging. As we're knee deep in the madness of New York Comic Con, there wasn't really a chance to actually take a close look at an individual item. What we were able to do was take a look at some of the upcoming products DC Collectibles will be selling. In other words, start saving your money.
There's been a lot of news dealing with Superman lately. Scott Lobdell's first issue of SUPERMAN went on sale last month. Andy Diggle and Tony Daniel will be taking over ACTION COMICS and Scott Snyder and Jim Lee will be launching a new Superman series in 2013.

As you wait for the return of SANDMAN, you'll soon have a chance to get the Dream and Death bookends if you missed them the first time around.
Last week marked the first episode of Arrow on the CW. Check out this Green Arrow figurine with interchangeable head.
