It's about a month before The Flash, and from what we've seen, it's going to be a crazy season, featuring a whole slew of new characters and some returning favorites. One of the big announcements was that Jay Garrick, played by Teddy Sears, would be showing up this season. The Flash Instagram account posted this promo image, showing off Garrick's helmet for the upcoming season.
