It's not the New 52 suit. It's darker and it doesn't have a belt to break everything up. If they added a red belt on there, it would completely change my opinion on the suit. I'm super excited to see this, though. Man of Steel is going to be amazing.

My guess, he's been framed for Zod's crimes and is going quietly to avoid it getting messy.

guess it looks ok...a little bit on the underwhelming side though...

I don't know why it bothers me now, but the lack of underwear is kinda off putting to me.

I think it is interesting that he arrested. But I hate the lighting in the poster. You can't enjoy it as much

it's cool because it actually shows who superman is and how he cares more about justice than about himself. he's clearly giving himself in because he believes that telling his side of the story (the truth) will free him. i'm pretty toasted atm so maybe i'm lookin into this too much but yea..truth! justice and the american way! yehhh....i'm irish

God, he's the spitting image of Superman. Two thumbs to the person heading the casting department. And I trust that Nolan is not going to "make Superman into Batman." He's not stupid. Still excited to see DC's powerhouse hero gain some respect with the general population again, too. About time.

I'm sure they'll do some photoshopping wonders like they had to in Superman Returns with the suit. Gotta keep things at a decent rating for the masses of unsuspecting children and mothers bound to view this film!! xD

It takes place not long after that photo of him in that dented safe. He gets punched or something of that nature by Zod or another Kryptonian and goes flying through several buildings and landing into that safe and denting it considerably as he stumbles of it, I believe it's not long after the armed forces come, and since it's Supermans first outing, they obviously have no idea if he's friend or foe, and Superman being superman, obviously has no problems with them cuffing him, it's not because he can't break out of it, it's because he's establishing a trust with authority. This looks awesome, peronally!

In all honesty, The superman Narrative sucks. The only good story event in it is the orphan of dead planet idea. I can't see this comming close to what Nollan did with Batman.

I think it is just the attachment bracket that the military uses for night vision etc...
