I find it funny people are still b****ing about Aquaman not being here. I was pissed at first as well, but you'd think people would've gotten over it. Especially since he's getting his own movie. That....like almost never happens...unless your Batman and Superman.

@black_claw: It's true. That's why it has the cartoon roster minus Hawkgirl, who quit just before JLU and why the movie ends with them expanding their roster for the first time. And the expanded roster is why the Justice League was "Unlimited." It was also called "Justice League: Worlds Collide" originally. You can find more details here:

-Edit: The movie also explains how Wonder Woman gets her invisible jet, which comes from out of nowhere in JLU. They really did swap John out for no reason.

@black_claw: it's true. It was originally supposed to be set I between but something happened (I can't remember what) but they ended up canceling it. I guess when they decided to start working on it, Hal was swapped in.

@jimmie_hudson_: Heck, when was the last time we saw John Stewart? He was written in the script for Crisis on Two Earths, which was set between Justice League and Justice League Unlimited, then he was swapped out for no reason.

i cant believe people are complaining about aquaman. he's getting his own movie also he was on the last dc animated movie, flashpoint. when's the last time we've seen j'onn j'onnzz?

They release of this movie is taking way too long haha. They should have announced it later, or premiered the trailer later.

@justthatkid: Do the comics matter that much if they removed a character and added a new one with his own storyline? It seems like they are free to do whatever they want.

@the_greatest_green_lantern: My feelings weren't hurt. My job is share comic book news. It's a new image from the series many are looking forward too. We haven't had any updates since the trailer and people want more. It's that simple. Also, any press release, trailer or news bit could be considered an "ad." But this was a simple image that was released on Twitter. The studio didn't ask anyone to post it. I'd imagine we're not the only comic book site that posted it. And you can see from the comments above, people want to talk about it. But all is good. Glad you're digging the site and community. They are the best.
