New 'Batman: Arkham Knight' Trailer and Screenshots

Batman takes the Batmobile for a spin to try to stop Scarecrow because "chicks dig the car."

Surely you've heard about the return of Batman (and Rocksteady). Batman: Arkham Knight will have Batman fighting Scarecrow as he makes his return to Gotham. Scarecrow is planning on uniting Batman's rogues gallery to destroy Batman once and for all. This is, after all, the "explosive finale" to the Arkham series, according to the press release.

It's up to Batman to "Even the Odds" by taking the Batmobile out for a spin. Check out the new gameplay trailer.

Batman: Arkham Knight is based on DC Comics’ core Batman license and will be available exclusively for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and Windows PC.

Batman: Arkham Knight is set for an October 14, 2014 release.

I don't believe if its even been confirmed that Jason Todd was ever Robin the Arkhamverse. We know Dick Grayson was Robin for a time and went on to become Nightwing, and we know that Tim Drake is the current Robin, but there's never been mention of Jason Todd even existing in the Arkhamverse.Plus the developers have said that Arkham Knight is a completely new character, so I doubt it will be Todd.

It's also been stated that Arkham Knight has some short of connection to Arkham Asylum (hence his name), and Todd doesn't have any real connection to Arkham so that's another thing that leads me to believe this isn't Todd as well.

@krexxxx4: Sure... OTHER than the fact it has already been stated by ROCKSTEADY that this is a completely new character, not from the comics, that is a completely sound theory.

Am I the only one that detected a bit of an accent in Arkham Knight's voice? It's like at the beginning you can kind of hear it in his voice. I don't know, that's what I heard.
