I cannot stress how much I am looking forward to this movie!

...that said, I'm disappointed that Ra's al Ghul involvement isn't included, and I'm not liking the replacement of Aquaman!

Sounds great and a very interesting choice in terms of story line for the animated movie. The Tower of Babal was indeed a fun ride, especially giving insight on Batman's somewhat questionable relationship with the Justice League, it was well done. These DC animated movies are usually top notch, hopefully this will be as well.

LOD roster is pretty good- I now officially declare Olivia D'abo as the go to voice for Carol Ferris/Star Sapphire. She's been doing it since the Justice League cartoon and rocking it the whole way

While MARVEL dominates the big screen, DC does an amazing job (typically) with their animated features. I thought MARVEL had great potential in the animated area, but they just haven't excelled (though Avengers:EMH is still my favorite comic series so far in terms of animated).

As much as I like Kevin Conroy as Batman, I would like to see a new actor play the character or at least have Bruce Greenwood do this Batman as well or have Jeremy Sisto reprise the role which he played in The New Frontier. I'm still disappointed that there is no Kyle Rayner in this and that it won't have Ra's Al Ghul.

Must...see it! I'm absolutely looking forward to this. Anything JLA I will watch, 'nuff said!

Okay wow, couple of things: First of all this is like the 3rd time or so that DC shafted John Stewart in their latest animated feature film (Crisis of Two Earths, now Doom, and even Emerald Knights).

I grew up a Hal Jordan fan, but I'm literally sick of the fact that since John Stewart is not going to be the featured Green Lantern, that DC feels like they need to throw in another "token black character" into the mix by adding Cyborg now to appease the masses which...

Sorry for all the John Stewart fans out there of the original Justice League cartoon who do not read the comic books but grew up watching John Stewart as the original Justice League's Green Lantern on TV. The truth is we honestly really wanted Hal Jordan to be in JL cartoon in the first place, but our DC Exec Producer - Bruce Timm needed a black token character to appeal to the masses (which he explained so in JL Season 1's Special Features or you can read it HERE) so we ended up with John Stewart. But with our recent Hal Jordan film, I hope you understand why you won't be seeing the Green Lantern you grew up watching since 2000 anymore; the comic book fans at least understand. Secondly, they already did this in the comic books first at the expense of replacing Martian Manhunter. And now they're doing it here at the expense of Plastic Man? The original Tower of Babel storyline didn't even have Cyborg in it!

Wow, this sounds awesome! I'm actually really excited about the inclusion of Cyborg as well, since I'm a huge Titans fan.

The movie's taken inspiration from a brilliant story, adapted by an exceptional writer (RIP Dwayne Mcduffie) and has a well known (well at least in our circle) cast of voice actors. I literally cannot wait!

Nice, Fillion did a great job with Emerald Knights. He should be portraying Hal Jordan in the live-action movies.

@Jordanstine: The only problem with John Stewart - and Hal Jordan, Kyle Rayner, and Guy Gardner - is that he carries the "not my GL" stigma. DC seems to have some sorta Hal Jordan-fetish these days, and as far as 'token black' picks go, Cyborg is the next best (if not the best) choice they have. People know who he is, but he's not too important of a character (unlike Static, who isn't that important universe-wise, but is the face of Milestone...) and he doesn't have the word 'Black' in his superhero name.

I kinda wish they just brought the Tangent stuff back. I haven't read any of it (yet) but the characters sound super diverse and genuinely interesting too.

Hell to the yes. Definitely picking this up. Been falling behind on picking up the DC Animated stuff, so this'll get me back on the horse.

Also, the amount of JLU voices returning (specifically Michael Rosenbaum as the Flash) makes me smile.

I was hoping for the original Legion of Doom from the Challenge of the Super-friends with Luthor, Sinestro, Riddler, Bizarro, Grodd, Scarecrow, Giganta, Black Manta, etc... but Cheetah is the only original included. I don't like this new roster of villains. It's just not the Legion of Doom to me. And no Aquaman in this JL? Ehhhh, I think I can skip on this movie, although I'm sorry for the scriptwriter's untimely death, may he rest in peace.

Im loving the JLA cast, favorite voices for Superman, Batman, and Flash. I'll be missing Plastic Man and Aquaman though. Kinda wish it was Kyle but at least they got Fillion again for Hal.

Loving how they canned Plastic Man who was on the original "Tower of Babel" storyline to incorporate Cyborg instead who wasn't even in the storyline for "ethnic diversity" purposes.

I don't understand what Tom is thinking about when he wrote "The line-up’s also been changed to better resemble the New 52, so J’onn J’onzz is wearing a more-concealing outfit and Hal Jordan and Cyborg have respectively replaced Kyle Rayner and Aquaman.".......um, Justice League: Crisis on 2 Earths already had MM in his darker outfit, Hal Jordan as the GL, and Aquaman was nowhere in sight. The only new element this Justice League film brings in is the inclusion of Cyborg as a member. Aside from that everything and everyone looks exactly like they did pre-52.

Can we all please stop invoking pre-52 and post-52 to every DC conversation we have and just talk about the projects as they are.

As I said when I saw this on Reddit, they cast the right Superman and Batman and that is what i care about. Though having my second favorite voiced by Fillion is a big plus.

Can we just love that we're getting another DC animated movie from the same guy that worked on "All-Star Superman" (R.I.P. McDuffie), with voice actors that should know their characters well, instead of complaining about how its not exactly the same as its original medium? Race and gender stereotypes are always going to exist. It's sad, but we can try to look at the positives, like I mentioned earlier.

No Lex Luthor in the Legion of Doom? No Joker? No Sinestro or Brainiac or any of the other members that made up the original LOD? FAIL!!!
