Nathan Fillion Joins Justice League: Doom, The New DC Animated Movie

Sounds like a movie with alot of promise, will Starfire be amongst the League's members? Or Supergirl?

Gotta say I'm a bit disappointed that neither Joker or Lex Luthor or Sinistro appear to be part of this new Legion of Doom ):

Fu*** if I know, its ridiculous! they are heavily relying on Nolan to carry the load, but we are all hoping that the new Supes will be good, Green Lantern was average... not sure why they don't just do a freaking Justice League movie to contend with the Avengers film! *shrugs* maybe its cause of Disney? they have enough money to pump out numerous Marvel films? where as WB not so much? who knows... ridiculous either way!

Nice, Fillion did a great job with Emerald Knights. He should be portraying Hal Jordan in the live-action movies.

Personally that'd be weird for me, because I will always know him as Castle.

Same here. My interest in this went down several notches when I read that.

They prolly did'nt want to make it purely Batman centric cause lets face it that's EXACTLY what the comic was.Now the other JL guys get a chance to shine and there's are multiple exciting villians instead of just 1.

Its cool to see Fillion voice Hal Jordan once again, but honestly I wish they would have gone with John Stewart. There are way too many adaptations with Hal Jordan and all with different voice actors and live action actors. Now I am a Hal Jordan fan, but I'd prefer to have seen John Stewart in the cartoon. As for Cyborg, we'll see how it goes. But no Aquaman? The comment was to make this closer to that of a new 52 version of the Justice League, well in that case it would include Aquaman and not Martian Manhunter.

But thank you for bringing back Kevin Conroy, Tim Daly and Michael Rosenbaum. Thank you.

AWESOME I LOVED this JLA story arc. I'm gonna love it even more knowing that this was the last thing Dwayne McDuffie wrote.

Adding Cyborg's nice, but they could have kept Aquaman around as well I think...

Poor Kyle, still present in the DCnU, but kicked out of this flick anyway..

Looks good, purely because Batman will ****ing own. And the cast is exceptional.

It still works, plus they've got Phil Morris who did Savage in the original cartoon and Olivia d'Abo who did Star Sapphire in the original cartoon.

As long as Kevin Conroy is Batman im gooood.

DC loves putting out animated films (which mostly are GREAT), but i wonder why MARVEL never does any animated X-Men films or Spider-Man...

I love when they bring the old cast in, and I think the marks the first time that tima daly and michael rosenbaum have worked together on one of these projects, at least as supes and flash. I hope this is good, cause the other JL DTV movies were, underwhelming, good, but underwhelming.

I'm disappointed about the lack of Ra's al Ghul but seriously to those complaining do we really need ANOTHER Lex,Joker,Sinestro movie? c'mon let the others get a chance to shine.

Can we just love that we're getting another DC animated movie from the same guy that worked on "All-Star Superman" (R.I.P. McDuffie), with voice actors that should know their characters well, instead of complaining about how its not exactly the same as its original medium? Race and gender stereotypes are always going to exist. It's sad, but we can try to look at the positives, like I mentioned earlier.

DC Animated films are excellent.

As I said when I saw this on Reddit, they cast the right Superman and Batman and that is what i care about. Though having my second favorite voiced by Fillion is a big plus.

I don't understand what Tom is thinking about when he wrote "The line-up’s also been changed to better resemble the New 52, so J’onn J’onzz is wearing a more-concealing outfit and Hal Jordan and Cyborg have respectively replaced Kyle Rayner and Aquaman.".......um, Justice League: Crisis on 2 Earths already had MM in his darker outfit, Hal Jordan as the GL, and Aquaman was nowhere in sight. The only new element this Justice League film brings in is the inclusion of Cyborg as a member. Aside from that everything and everyone looks exactly like they did pre-52.

Can we all please stop invoking pre-52 and post-52 to every DC conversation we have and just talk about the projects as they are.

Loving how they canned Plastic Man who was on the original "Tower of Babel" storyline to incorporate Cyborg instead who wasn't even in the storyline for "ethnic diversity" purposes.

Im loving the JLA cast, favorite voices for Superman, Batman, and Flash. I'll be missing Plastic Man and Aquaman though. Kinda wish it was Kyle but at least they got Fillion again for Hal.

I was hoping for the original Legion of Doom from the Challenge of the Super-friends with Luthor, Sinestro, Riddler, Bizarro, Grodd, Scarecrow, Giganta, Black Manta, etc... but Cheetah is the only original included. I don't like this new roster of villains. It's just not the Legion of Doom to me. And no Aquaman in this JL? Ehhhh, I think I can skip on this movie, although I'm sorry for the scriptwriter's untimely death, may he rest in peace.

Can't wait for this. Should be an awesome flick.
