Back in June, BOOM! Studios announced plans for a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comic. Since then, we hadn't heard a whole lot of information. Today, that changes.
Over at EW, it's been announced that Kyle Higgins will be writing the series and it goes on sale in January 2016.
An artist still hasn't been announced so we'll have to stay tuned for that. A zero issue will be released with a short story written by Mairghread Scott (Transformers: Windblade,Toil and Trouble) and illustrated by Daniel Bayliss. These were released during San Diego Comic-Con in an assortment of six double-sided, one-page comics in blind bag packaging.
